We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaAlthough rooms had a modern design and facilities, some show signs of abuse by previous guests. Water quality questionable. Traffic jams at peak hours so plan your trip accordingly. No wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby.
Good AC, good size for the room, roof top pool to cool down on a hot day, lots of TV channels, waking distance to many local attractions, bars and restaurants, also few shopping malls. Good cheap professional massage right across the street. Minutes away from public transportation train system.

CanadaThe staff is not very friendly. The carpets in the hallways were not vacuumed (debris were visible). Some cooking odors from other apartments were present. They didn't offer any complementary coffees, teas, nor toothbrush, etc.
Staff is attentive when there is a major issue (e.g. bidet valve leaking). Someone was sent right away to fix the problem. The place is located close to shopping malls like Terminal 21.

ThailandWe stayed 2 night. We ask for make up our room by hanging the sign but our room was not cleaned on Day 2 despite following the instructions. Also, there is no support to bring your luggage’s to your room to 6 floor on the check in. Staff at reception said they will bring but half an hour later, the luggage are not delivered and I had to go down and take my own luggage’s up. Surprising when I come down, no one at reception. The pool is small and not really cleaned.
