Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

As above re breakfast
Without transport it’s a reasonable walk into town but we enjoyed the walk. Personally I did not like the breakfast. Synthetic bread and jam with margarine 😢 macaroni cheese at that time of day is not for me! Yogurt with a selection of fruits and granola would be more to my liking. Loved the clean white bedding and comfy bed🙏

As mentioned above
The room etc was perfect however the breakfast was uninspiring . Small amounts of a selection of 2 fruits. Margarine and synthetic jam on processed white bread. Personally I don’t want to eat macaroni cheese or roast potatoes for breakfast or the processed sausage. In a land of fresh produce it was a shame to eat western food of a low quality.

however i really dont like that hotel no plan to offer slippers (1 time/reusable) and also not any toothbrush/toothpaste... i am not sure is it requested by law, but other hotels can offer 1 of them... especially when there is request from quests. i think hotel need to prepare some for quests who have needs. i agree on evironmentally friendly, but i think we need to balance and cannot be extreme.
well i like their breakfast... with egg, bread, pineapple, sausage... the atmosphere there is relax. with pool, and with lovely gartens, the hotel itself is very good i think... good for leisure...

There is a construction when I was there. I got upgrade which is good but the key card was not work and I have to use manual key which is not easy. The balcony door cant close properly and I can hear the screaming kids noise from swimming pool when I took a nap.
There is restaurant and swimming pool within the hotel. The staff tried to solve any problem immediately.

The dogs scarred....
We were welcomed at 22h00 by 3 dogs very unfriendly. I was scared. The room is with balcony. The room is ok. The toilet is a bit small and the shower behind the door make that room even smaller. Missing a kettle for hot water. Otherwise ok for that price for a transit night.

The only downside was the wet shower/toilet, it would be improved by providing a squeegee to help dry the floor

No issues.
For us, who don't mind the walk, it was nicely located. We did hire a scooter through the hotel and it only cost 250Bht for 24hrs (about £5:80) The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean. Nice pool, small gym and a relaxing tropical garden.

Air conditioning was top of the bed. It was hard to arrange the nice temperature for the room. it made me sick . Also the pool at the back needs more attention.

Pillows are to high for me didn't sleep well. Shower is tiny i couldnt stand straight maybe because i have big shoulders.

Location
This is a lovely resort and very clean with great helpful staff. The location is its biggest downfall. If you have a mode of transport then you will love it.

The shower needs a makeover it is small and dated. Clean up the tales wouldbe nice.

The bungalows did not have any small desk to work on. Apparently the cheaper rooms have desks but not the bungalows? Other than is a nice place.

they charged me extra for a dirty towel on checkout. not damaged or stained, just dirty- and what they charged was far more than what it would cost to replace it.
