They rent out lounge chairs to the public, and guests can not get a lounge chair unless they put out towels early in the morning. Many Chair pads are damaged. Should let guests know that beaches are closed for cleaning.

The proximity to the beach and also to Market Village for meals and shopping. The friendly staff and cleanliness of the property. It has a good family atmosphere. It is a smaller property so you can always get a sun lounge by the pool, or on the beach and it’s not overcrowded like the bigger hotels. The breakfast selection is great. The rooms are quite large and the king bed is huge.

Breakfast could be better. You can choose from the menu, but they could put yoghurt, cheese, change fruits, but it’s ok !

The beachy atmosphere. It’s an older hotel but it is very cosy and situated on the beach.

The service in the restaurant other than for breakfast was poor. Extremely slow to take your order, and slower to deliver it. Many times we thought to leave without paying because it was a chore to get your bill. They were often out of foods. The resort itself is older and could use some tlc. Some paint would go a long way. The veranda umbrellas need better bases to ensure they don't blow over in the wind.

The girls working the breakfast service were constantly busy but always friendly and accommodating. The pool water was on the cooler side but so refreshing. The cleaning staff and front desk staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. It had everything we needed at a good price. I would definitely stay here again should I go to Hua Hin.

The location and my cottage have been great, all people who work there are super polite and helpful. Directly on the beach and the water is beautiful there ! Breakfast as well all you need in good quality and the restaurant is really good and prices moderate.

Very small swimming pool, not very useful for swimming. Ok for a dip, and a perhaps getting away from the more crowded beach.

This is a hotel you chose if you want to stay at the beach. From that perspective, the location is perfect. But also lots of restaurants and shopping center at a short walking distance. The hotel restaurant/coffee shop is right on the beach, and is a great place to cool for a while or spend the evening with drinks. Breakfast is simple, but adequate, and we enjoyed a lot the sea view in the morning. Rooms are simple, and adequate for the standard and price.

Breakfast basic, everyday there would either be no croissant, orange juice, fruit, glasses, coffee cups, sugar or something else. You would always have to ask & wait as it took ages to replace things. The whole place requires maintenance and a coat of paint. I asked for a room with a view and was given a second floor room which looked out into trees and asbestos roofing, the room was very dark. After we complained we were moved to the 4th floor which was much brighter but none of the rooms have a view, balcony very small

Accommodation is a little tired. Needs a fresh lick of paint. Our balcony was really small with only really room for 1 person. Bathroom small but good shower. Firm mattresses but I actually like that. Some small cigarette burns of some of the linen.

Fabulous location, bar and chill out area. Beach was beautiful, shallow sandy water. Perfect views as you couldn't see any of the high rises. Cute lemon caravan drinks point on the beach. Would definitely book again but would get a better room if possible.
