The bathroom showers had mildew. A chair on the balcony would be great. We had no change of towels or trashbags.

Well, we were 3 adults and 1 infant, my wife, my little 18 month daughter and my father in-law. This trip was solely for my little one, so we had a few things listed out before booking Veranda Residence, quite and away from the main city yet close enough to explore night markets during early hours, close to the beach was a priority and sea facing rooms were a must(coming from the hills). Kitchenette was necessary to cook baby food, decent enough space to walk around, so this place ticked all the boxes for us. Veranda Residence is about 200 meters away from the beach, although the sea water was far from clean but the swimming pool overlooking the beach was exceptional, and the sea facing rooms were just perfect. Had hired a car during our stay, so driving around the city wasn't really a problem thanks to Google maps. Most of the places at the most are 20 mins away by car depending on the traffic. 7 eleven and tops are just outside the main entrance. They have two swimming pools, one facing the gym is about 25m length great for swimmers to hit the laps, other one facing the beach is perfect for kids and families. Six nights of our stay just went by, don't have anything to complain about, if you have similar preferences like me then go ahead and book your stay.

Could not swim in the ocean as it is polluted but less polluted than the one on Pattaya beach. The apartment is on Jomtien beach which is south of Pattaya Beach ( better).

The apartment was on the 24th floor , nice view and clean place. A/C is working great, Very comfortable bed..good fridge. Beautiful pool right on the beach.

Great room condition for my short stay 2 nights - room is clean and full of necessary amenities with reasonable price offered. Host is really helpful for support on information and one night I have forgot room key inside the room - she called the staff to help on get me into the room with high level of service mind. Highly recommended if anyone look for great room with good price nearby Jomtien beach.

The room is new, modern, clean and comfortable. They have a kitchen and everything what you need. There’s a great view from the window. The swimming pool is great. Good location near the beach.

Tv remoted broken. Tiny balcony, mouldy shower, broken fold out couch. No streaming services, water from airconditioner leaks near electrical outputs. The steam room is disguisting

We only had one key card between 4 people & when I did finally make contact, I was told the previous tenants had lost the other key card & made no effort to help us out with obtaining another!! Also there were 2 broken chairs & an ironing board which the legs were broken of & unusable, both of which were reported with no response. Also there were insufficient crockery for 4 adults to use

Unfortunately we stayed with another agent's property last time we were at this resort & this property fell way short of our previous experience , thus the lesser price which was the reason it was chosen

The room was dirty when I checked in. I needed to call and waited two hours for cleaning even I check in late (at 3pm). The Host said the cleaner forgot ... No cleaning at all during my staying (4 nights). Only change towels 1 time on the 2 second night. No dish, bowl, spoon, knife or fork.... so disappointed.

The view from the 24th floor was fantastic. The apartment was well equiped with all cooking utensils, washing machine etc. The bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillows. There are two quiet A/C units one in the bedroom & one in living area which made achieving a Goldilocks temperature very easy. 7/11 & good street food available on doorstep of property.

Location is very great … surrounding by nice seafood restaurant within 3-5 minutes by car. Also has 7-11 in front of entrance with 2 min walk from lobby. Room is very clean and has nice ocean view from the balcony.
