For people who hates cooking during vocation like us, maybe its to be notified more clearly that no ready-to-eat breakfast will be offered.

good location and good price. The beach is clean and quiet. The residence guests can still use part of the pool and other facilities (except for the dining)

Making breakfast. I assumed its a part of the hotel instead it was part of the Residence. So there was no buffet option. You have to cook everything by yourself so our time approx 1hr was consumed every day.

The condo was good. Neat and clean. My kids loved the place. Pool and beach nearby is good. I would love to visit again.

The key lockers did not feel safe for us. The Locker was not working but there was a huge gap in it, so we pulled the keys out. So anyone could pull the keys out too

Convenient accommodation location There are a lot of restaurants nearby. There are many convenience stores nearby. Accommodation next to the sea, clean rooms, complete amenities. Very good atmosphere, very good view👍🏻

Check in process was like a PC Adventure Game - phone the number on the number given on the booking form to let them know you are in the lobby. They will then ask you to switch to WhatsApp for further instructions, They'll give you the number of a post box (in a tucked away part of the lobby). They will also give you a code to input and there you will find a key. This key will allow you to enter the elevator and access the correct floor, the number of which they will also give you. Once on the correct floor, they will have given you a code, which you will enter at the door to the flat. You will need to swipe the surface first and thn enter the code followed by a hash or similar. Then you may enter the flat.

The host is very proactive, generous, helpful and reliable . The last day she even took us on a trip. She helped us with a lot of information. We are happy to be staying in this beautiful apartment , really cute furnished, good view, nice pool, nice people. We will definately return to this host.

I ti veranda hotel not to veranda residence , veranda hotel has real receptionist , very nice people , at veranda residence you will be lucky to find a part time security guard that don’t understanding English , don’t be deceive by pictures and gave reviews , check low reviews first from real guests . By the way “free Breakfast means uncool eggs on fridge(10 bath each) some sausage links , uncooked , and instant coffee , you can boil own water . King size bed very umcortable , hard to walk around it because is close to two walls

Nothing to like , extremely hard to check in, host/owner should tell you to a SIM card and WhatsApp installed in your phone before you even get there , there is no reception, no WiFi available when you get there , wi fi available in the room one you can get in the room Room was not clean up daily , or clean up periods, owner gave us one key card for two of us, that meant if my wife stay resting in the room , I take key card from slot and A/C and light would not work, why did she do that knowjing that everyone will go out at same time?? That was damm , only after a complai got my second key 24 hours later . We could check in arrival, had to go to the real hotel where pictures are used as a pool view To borrow internet and even receptionist called her to let her know we are here but we don’t know where to get key card or code for door . She was insisting we do it online ???wtf?

The place is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. To check in, you need to follow instruction given to you on Line/whatsapp messages. There are a lot of house rules to follow which made me nervous. 2000 THB deposit is required which is odd. I have never encountered this. It would not bother me if this is a hotel but this is not. It is an apartment unit. Breakfast that is included which mean you have to "cook them yourself", no "homemade" food was served. Owner provide ingredients like egg, sausages, bread, etc in the fridge. The most hedious part was that owner asked us to take photos of the fridge, kitchen and the rooms when we checked out. It is a bit petty when it should not be guest's duty.

The room is spacious, quite and clean. The view is great. You need to walk a pass the hotel to the beach but the location is great. You can walk from the beach to plenty of good seafood restaurants and cafes.
