Location is a bit isolated although there's 7-Eleven and Tops daily very close by, easy to get a Bolt. The beach front building is a hotel, you need to walk past it through what seems like a service alley to access the condo beach pool. You know you're in Thailand when it's the security guard's birthday 🤣 There's no safe, it needs one in my opinion. The couch is a 2 seater, the AC is dripping on the Sony TV , which could be mounted on the wall instead of sitting on a credence that obviously suffered from AC water, two glass tables add to the space crowding making it hard to move around the living room. Price performance is good in my opinion.

Family of 4 in a condo with 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa. We slept well, the place is quiet and beds are Asian soft. Full kitchen and everything there if you like to cook. Bathrooms with modern design and well kept. Friendly housekeeping, staff eager to please. 24/7 security and nice pools. Tiny balcony but with washing machine and nice views. Pools are nice although visited by neighbors from other residences. Good AC in every room

Very difficult to find fault with the property. Perhaps a tad pricey. Wish I could have stayed longer. Resort restaurant is expensive for Thailand especially the breakfast at 800baht per person.

Instruction for collecting keys was very clear. A very large spacious apartment on the 25th floor with 3 bedrooms was a perfect match for our family gathering of 7 adults. Facilities were excellent, short walk to the beach, use of a small pool and access to the adjacent resort bar & restaurant. Location is good - a quiet part of Jomtien away from the maddening crowds. Local Topps store and Seven 11 is nearby. The apartment has a good sized kitchen and living room, 3 very comfortable bedrooms and 3 shower rooms with good strong water flow.

The location wasn’t as good as we’d hoped. The couch was stained but the host got the cleaners to cover it with a sheet so it was ok after that. We had a heated WhatsApp argument about the number of towels we were allowed, we were only left with two when we arrived, but after the host realised a mistake had been made, we were given two extra towels for the beach / pool. The sea is not really suitable for swimming as it seems rather dirty and was actually warmer and less refreshing than the pool It’s a pity a small amount of detergent was not provided seeing as the apartment had a washing machine, and didn’t use hot water for washing. The bed is too big for the bedroom so there is not enough room to get round the end of it to get to the left hand side.

The instructions to gain access were straightforward and easy to understand, The pool area is lovely and you can buy food and drinks at the bar there.

THe keys procedure was a bit difficult for me. Perhaps due to my lack of electronic accumen, and online capability. Perhaps the owners should haev an optional person / the security person entrusted with handing over the keys to the appartment. Will be easier for a lot of people.

The property is excellent. The host, though invisible, is very helpful. Wake up to sea view is a pleasure. The rooms are well maintained. The cleaning staff is a good team and does their jobs very fast and efficiently. I would recommend staying here.

Understanding the Key system!!! Don't leave a key behind and I recommend using the lock box all the time as staffare no help at all if you lock yourself out .....like I did 😅

None. We loved our stay in this condo. It was very comfortable.

The location is great. The view from the apartment is magnificent. You can see the sea and bustling city. It is easy to access the beach and sea side walking where you can find various restaurants. There are a few eating places where you can have traditional Thai cuisine. There are 7/11 and Tops Daily in 3 min walking distance. The beach is ok but we spent most of the time in the pools. It is not so crowded and very comfortable.

Small room, distant from where most of the action happens, which is not an issue if you have a motobike. The bed was a little too soft, but didn't hurt my back for my surprise, so slept well despite of the too soft for me bed. (i like hard mattresses btw).

The swimming pool in front of the beach. The efficient way of the host to handle the process of delivering the keys. Very responsive with anything. The peaceful location. The view from the room. TV with netflix, fast internet.
