Room was kept clean, staff are able to speak and converse in basic English, and helped me with my specific requests. Near BTS station too and has a 7-11 nearby. Iconsiam is 4 stops away. It’s in a rather quiet area, but that’s what I was looking for. Wat Arun temple is just 10 minutes by grabbike. Had a dog by the entrance too.

Although menu was great, staff aren’t familiar with how Westerners dine: delivered main dish before starter, for example. Main issue is the POOR WiFi in room. Dropped constantly during Zoom meetings; strong in reception area but usual background noise of a foyer.

There’s no bedroom slippers. The water kettle is a bit dusty and rusty so i was hesitant to use it. The TV doesn’t have english channels or at least cable but not so a big deal. Though the room is not smelly but a bit of a room spray will be a good addition to its beauty.

The staff were very accommodating, polite and cheerful. The room was well cleaned. Beddings were prepared good. I love the big windows, it made me feel comfortable even sorroundings were unfamiliar (since im a tourist). They’re also very thoughtful of putting up a beautiful towel decor with a birthday greeting. Honestly, i came back with a smile on my face when i saw it. Thank you! Supplies such as toilet paper and water were generously supplied. I love Khuun, the German Shepherd dog. He’s such a sweet boy. Love their food as well. There’s also has a cute bar where you can hangout right downstairs of the property.

In my point of view the tourism place of hotel need to meet the international buffet system whereas mostly Thai foods are available at hotel.

Hotel located at residential area and connect to skytrain station that easy to access the other location. Rooms are clean and tidy, staffs are polite and safe place.

The location is far from downtown Bangkok, making getting into town for the tourist attractions challenging.

Loved the facilities, room and restaurant. The location is pretty far from downtown, and transportation was expensive to get to and from the hotel. Other than that we loved our stay!

We stayed here for 5 days. Room are very clean and they provide water and cleaning stuff every day. Location is the best only 1 minute away from the train station 🚉 directly to heart of Bangkok. The hotel and bar just downstairs of the hotel is very good as well. We tried several dishes ( western, Chinese and Thai) yummy 🤤 and reasonable price. There is also a 7 eleven just next to the hotel which is very handy if you wanna buy any stuff you need. Highly recommended this hotel as it’s price is much better than other options I saw in Bangkok.

The shower head wasn't work very well in the room they arranged to us in the first place, but they helped us to change to another room upon request ASAP. The staffs are very polite and ready to help every time we needed assistance.
