Housekeeping do a quick swipe and wipe, sheets were not changed daily. Bathroom sink not cleaned . Noisy aircons which also leaked on the bedroom floor. Lounge unit too noisy to use. We reported some maintenance issues, especially re black mould under the kitchen sink, which you can smell as you enter. I’d love to return to this room once it’s fixed up.

The location is perfect, we had an ocean facing apartment, great views of both the beach and the streets below. We didn’t mind the band music at night. The bed was comfortable with the Thai firm mattress Large size apartment, so plenty of space, pool and gardens are lovely. Staff are friendly, especially the guards..

People above the suite must have been related to elephants. The floor above is must a foot concrete.The electrical wiring is a bit weird. The lights and the power points are on to the same circuit . Took me a while figure it out the lights and powerPoints.

Convenient to the Karon Beach and the town . Good base for solo traveller to see Phuket.

The facilities mention a games room which is one of the reasons i booked this accomodation.There is no games room. This is a 21 floor block. Outwith the grounds there is a very loud bar . Very loud music singing and shouting from 9pm till 2 am. Unfortunately the bedrooms in our appartment faced this. Other apartments in the block may not hear this.

Only negative were beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, could do with a mattress topper to soften them a bit.

The location of this accommodation is awesome, so close to beach, restaurants and night market. The apartment was very spacious, clean and the views from the 3 balconies were exceptional. We requested the 'quiet side' of the building and did not have any issue with noise from the street.

Love it! Huge suite for single traveller. Very comfortable and convenient to central Karon. The only complaint was that there were some elephants in the suite above. There is 30 cm of concrete between floors. They stamped so hard you couldn't hear the tv sometime.

Airconditioning in one room was far too noisy and needs to be replaced. Could hear noise from local bars one night, although that is not a criticism of the accommodation, just something to be aware of in this area.

The apartment was very roomy and spacious with a nice outlook. Close walk to beach and shops. Nice pool.

There are some who think they own the pool area by putting towels on all sun beds & not using them. Also playing their loud music around the pool area. (This has happened 2 years in a row) management need to stop this or put up signs. The pool is for everyone’s enjoyment.

The apartment was spacious and clean with amazing sea views. Although roowitrequire an uplift as fixtures are out dated. Staff at reception is super helpful. I would call out Ms. Boa, who remembers all details about every guest and is always willing to help you in any way. I have stayed at many hotels/apartments in the last 5 years but have never seen staff as cheerful and helpful as at this establishment!
