The swimming pool had to much chlorine in and bleached all our swimming stuff and burnt my sons face

Bathroom of our room was located in balcony and was not attached with room. Which was not much comfortable as we had to go out to balcony everytime we need to use it.

Location is good. Walking distance from khao san road and near to many attractions.

Unfortunately I have pre booked the hotel for another night. This time the room was even dirtier. I have found long hair on bed sheets, hair and pubic hair in the bathroom and an used razor, floor was dirty as I usually walk barefoot in hotel rooms, I needed to wash my feet again after the shower before getting to bed. The room has window but it's useless as it opens to a lovely view of the next building concrete wall. There are low hanging ceilings and they may be difficult for someone tall, I am 1,84. Another thing to bear in mind is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator for those who need one.

The only good things I have to say about this hotel are the friendly staff, location near Khaosan Road and free luggage storage for the hotel guests.

Beware if you’re over 1.9m tall. Lots of low ceiling hazards. Swimming pool needs a clean due to people wearing sun cream ugh. Echoey stairwell needs sound absorption.

Best best best location, awesome food and market strip on the way to Khao san road. The restaurant and pool are also really nice!

Downside was minor… Toast was too light and charged for coffee refills. No elevator. Shower mounts were at an awkward angle so had to hold the shower head to get decent coverage.

Great location - lots of great bars and restaurants nearby, close to the pier, close to Khoa SAN Rd, although we preferred Ram Buttri Rd. Lobby/Restaurant was welcoming. Breakfast options were limited but we liked it, although the “toast” was bread (turn up the setting a bit!) Coffee and tea was good (although they charged for coffee refills). Restaurant staff were very friendly. Rooms were comfortable, beds and pillows were good. Swimming pool was great - nice size and good seating. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

There is no lift and we were on the 4th floor which is difficult to navigate with lots of luggage.

Noisy as it is within a centre of restaurants and bars. No soundproofing. Breakfast was standard. Option of eggs, bacon toast & fruit.

Decor was really nice and location was perfect.
