Room was noisy; you could hear anything. And next to the kitchen and living space. Although I slept fine with my earplugs in.

Great location close to the Ayutthaya historical sites, nice restaurants and nightly streetfood market. Room was very clean and looked new. Quiet and serene guesthouse. Nice breakfast in the morning with toast/jam or a Thai dish. Drinks in the minibar were free of charge (water and can of coke). Staff was friendly and ready to help out.

I honestly cannot fault this charming house. The only minor thing I would say would be if you have a lot of luggage, you will need to take them upstairs which can be a little tight, but we had no issues as there were a few of us to carry all our luggage.

Best thing about this place is the service of the staff and the location! The main temples are across the street and within 15mins walk. So many eateries so you're spoiled for choice and the night market is so close. The breakfast was so charming, from eating out everyday, it really felt like home cooked meal cooked with care. There is a restaurant in front of the house that is super convenient. I would also recommend you take the tours that staff can organise you. We took the boat cruise and wish we took the longer boat cruise. Please don't miss doing this as its a great way to experience the temples at dusk. The staff organise everything so it is way cheaper and more exclusive since you have the boat all to yourself! There was a lot of travelling so the staff helped us organise a Van to get back to Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like the single room - the bed was too small for me and there was no window. But double is yay!

Everything was great! Very tidy beautiful place with good equipment, great kitchen, breakfast. Location is perfect. Temples, nice cafes, night market - everything is close. People here are very helpful.

The single room where I stayed had a slight sewer smell, and in bathroom the smell was pretty strong. The water did not go down well in the shower. I could hear loud club music until midnight and the room was next to common area/kitchen, so not really quiet in the morning either. No window.

The location is superb, just opposite the historical park. The hotel has only 3 rooms, we stayed in the biggest family room. It was quiet although located in the most touristy area. Restaurants and cafes are aplenty, loads to choose from. The breakfast provided during my stay was chicken porridge, also cereals and toast. I liked the yummy porridge! It was a great stay for a family of 4, clean and new hotel. The staff was very friendly too.

I didn't book in advance, I just showed up. The worker did not want to show me the room when I asked multiple times . She kept saying just look at the pictures on your phone. It was very annoying to me. The room was steps away and all they were doing is looking at their phones. The sink faucet needs repair. It should not be the way it was. For the location, I think it is a comparatively good value and choice. I'd stay again

Bed sheets were so soft. I loved them. It was quiet, in a great location, and modern enough looking. The breakfast was nice. Lots of things, thoughtful.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Cute and super clean room with free mini bar, amazing location right in front of Wat Ratchaburana and Night Market, and the most amazing staff, always smiling and helping out with every need! They helped us book two car transfers at a good price and with a great driver, and since we happened to be in Ayutthaya during Loy Krathong Festival they even made and gifted us a Krathong! If we ever come back to Ayutthaya we will be definitely staying here again. ❤️

I have nothing to complain about this property it was flawless in my opinion

Lovely brand new property directly across the main road to watmahathat and other ancient attractions.superb comfortable room with great shower and facilities with big open plan communal living space with TV,microwave,toaster and washing machine and coffee machine.There are many restaurants,coffee shops and a massage shop situated on the main High Street and can even hire a bicycle to get around if desired

We could not find an English tv channel to watch. We would have liked extra pillows (we didn’t ask) Would recommend that they have FREE push bikes for guests to use as this would have been really good.

The housekeeper was very helpful & available to help us from 7am -5pm. The room was small, but new-ish. The location was fabulous so close to the stupas. Breakfast was simple but nice.

I stayed on the first floor Room 3. There's a bit of a smell coming from the bathroom but didn't bother me too much. The shower drain also doesn't drain very well, but it's manageable. The rain can be heard very loudly on this room so it might bother other guests but it can also be white noise which helps you sleep.

The breakfast, the proximity to Wat Mahathat and the night market, plus you can use the washing machine 👍 It's clean, comfortable, and close to major attractions. What more can you ask for?

This s second time I stayed here. The room s so cute. The bed s very comfortable. Nice decorate. The facilities is new brands and modern. The breakfast s very good. They change menu everyday. Location s excellent. Opposite with the Wat Ratcha burana door. The staff s so friendly. Everything s perfect except the toilet. But when I mentioned to staff. She try her best to slove the problem well. And upgrade room for me. But I love the room I book. So I didn't change the room. I definitely to come back to stay here again. Highly recommend this place to other guests.

Everything was just perfect! The staff were super kind and friendly. The room was stylish and well equipped. The location could not have been better for the two of the major temples and the night market as well as a couple of excellent restaurants are close by. Highly recommended!!!
