The AC in the room lucks power.

During my recent stay at Africa Jade, I was thoroughly impressed by the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings and the exceptional service provided. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the pristine sea, which was crystal clear and complemented by clean, white sand that felt soft and inviting beneath my feet. It was the perfect setting for relaxation and soaking in nature’s beauty. The food at the hotel was nothing short of fabulous. Each meal was a delightful culinary journey, showcasing a variety of flavors and fresh ingredients. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and served with care. What truly made the stay memorable, however, was the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home and added a personal touch to the entire experience. The hotel itself and its bars and restaurants are overpriced. Everything is multiple times more expensive than anywhere else out of the resort. There is a large number of children so the pool area is very noisy. Decoration is somewhat kitschy.

The property's beach is kept very well and clean. Sea is wonderful: clean and shallow. Breakfast variety is great, the buffet includes both traditional Tunisian and European items. The room and its bathroom are very spacious. Gardens of the hotel are very nice. It's not infested by European mass tourism, majority of the guests is local.

Some touch of paint and design could be slightly refreshed.

The hotel is beautiful, with direct access to a spectacular beach. Clean, friendly staff and beautifully decorated infrastructure.

The rooms were not my favourite part of the stay, for example the terrace chairs were hard and rusty and its door couldn’t be locked. The pillows were too high but that’s personal preference.

The food was fresh, delicious and well varied. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning with its multiple gardens, the sea and all the decor, different from usual hotels and full of wonderful art, it almost seemed like being on a safari trip but more relaxing!

Fresh orange juice at breakfast please. Bathroom tiling and floor rather tired.

Lovely touch was fresh orange juice on arrival and a super plate of fresh fruit in our room. Evening buffet was good, lots of different dishes to choose from. The lemon meringue tartlets were superb. Restaurant manager and staff all very attentive. Lots of interesting African pictures, sculptures etc. I enjoyed a walk on the beach collecting pretty shells.

My daughter had an accident and there was no doctor on sight - she tripped playing and cut her chin on the pool side but we luckily live in Marsa and had to drive to get her stitched up there at a clinic.

Our rooms were not very clean unfortunately, and the hotel (including rooms) seem to be rather old. It was very loud in the evenings due to animation activities and parties in the hotel. The food was ok.

It is a big hotel with a nice outdoor area, pool and beach. Staff was very friendly. I can recommend it for a short beach vacation.
