The evening entertainment staff were lovely, friendly and worked hard but it would have been nice to have some other acts rather than them trying to do the same acts every night.

The staff were exceptionally friendly always asking if you are ok and if there’s anything they can do for you. The breakfast was delicious.

Some of the staff members gave me that feeling that I got when - outside the location, outside the hotel - when people selling stuff almost force you to buy something. Tourists are on holiday, yes, and they have money to spend. Still, how that money is spent it the tourist's decision. Some of the staff were a little aggressive...they gave me the feeling that I must tip them or that I must go on whatever outing or trip they suggested. Although this was not from every staff member, there were some who gave a huge smile, who gave a helping hand only to turn around with that "give me money" look. PLEASE TRAIN THEM NOT TO DO THIS.

Everything was near-perfect. I loved the food. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Loved that there were a range of services and things to do: beach in walking distance, pools, gym, spa etc. Loved that there is an ATM and currency exchange facility. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately the animation stuff was a bit too intense. Coming up ll the time asking personal questions. I felt uncomfortable and they bothered a lot. I came to this hotel to relax.

Hecklers within the site shop to buy things. Drinks including water is not free as part of half board - only free for breakfast There could have been more excursions offered by the hotel at a fair price.

Excellent hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent condition of the room. Food was amazing. Family friendly hotel with programmes and shows every evening. Hotel site is very clean and every well kept. Housekeeping staff are very kind and hardworking too. Customers are well valued and any concerns raised were dealt with immediately.

The building is dated, everything seems like it hasn't been replaced since the 90s, which seems to be a theme of most of the resorts around the area.

There was no option of double bed (only 2 smaller ones put together), and most of the food was bland. The only good thing about the location was that it was by the beach; the surrounding area was near enough dead, with local businesses trying to scam you.

The Restaurant Only certain waiters didn’t want to serve TAP WATER AS A DRINK THEY Wanted You To Have Hotels Bottled Water Which Is Expensive , And You Were Not Allowed To Bring Your Own Small Bottled Water And I Was Half Board Why Have Fridge In Your Room ? Also Not Happy With The Fact You Have A Safe But If You Use It You Have To Pay Which Should Be Pointed Out In The Rooms Description And It Isn’t.

It’s not a dislike as such, but the main swimming pool - a huge attraction in itself - was closed for maintenance during the entire three weeks of my stay. An issue not mentioned by booking.com when making the reservation.

The outstanding memory is the relaxed ambiance created by the Iberostar team from the general manager through to the housekeeping team and all departments in between.

The water pressure in the bathroom was weak but no other problems.

Our stay at Iberostar Averroes was perfect. We were welcomed by the amazing staff and looked after very well. The hotel architecture was stunning and the beach was so close and very clean. The food was delicious and varied day by day. The best meal was on valentine's day, the desserts were outstanding. The entertainment and activities kept us busy and the team worked so hard to make everything enjoyable. The spa experience was nice and affordable. Overall our stay was better than we expected and we will definitely be returning to Tunisia.

The information in the reception was poor: We didn’t know about the mini club for kids only after 2 days - the security deposits for the towels of the pool was very weird, but also the reception should tell us from the beginning, because to get the tower you have to go to the pool then they will inform you to go to the reception in the reception they request the security deposit cash, I had to go to my room to bring the cash, then again to the reception, give the money to get cards and over it to the pool get finally the towels and spent 45 minutes between their and there and make it was crying I was super upset, and I wanted to give my feedback to the customer service unfortunately was very tough saying that this is the rules and people are stealing towels I found it very weird better to do!!

Was okay! The mini club for the kids was very interesting, my son and I enjoyed the staff there was super nice and welcoming (Jiji) she was super professional and lovely with kids, passionate about her work

Location excellent right on the beach, hotel lobby, spa, public areas all amazing. The bedrooms are big and spacious as is the balcony, however the bedroom could do with improving pillows. Wouldve been nice to have kettle in room as missed having english tea, there is a cafe downstairs within hotel however no english tea.
