the receptionist on our arrival was not very welcoming and didn’t even smile, which gave us a poor first impression. In addition, the air conditioning did not work properly. It seemed to be set at a very high temperature, and there was no way to control it from the room.

We stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the woman working the evening shift. The cleanliness was outstanding, and I really appreciated the welcoming fruit in each room. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would definitely come back and, without a doubt, recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff also surprise us with a cake and gifts for my twin boy’s birthday at that night and this was amazing 🤩

No Air conditioner adjuster in the room as it’s centrally controlled. I was told it runs automatically. The room temp was fine so it must have worked.

Was greeted very pleasantly by the staff and provided a bowl of fruit and lemon juice, free of charge. Very welcoming. Breakfast was nice too.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The welcoming was warm and friendly. Free parking was available, which made things very convenient. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the zoo — my kids really enjoyed it! The food at the restaurant was good, and the service was excellent from everyone we met, starting from the parking staff to the reception, luggage assistant, and restaurant team. Overall, a great family-friendly hotel. Highly recommended!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and competent, attending to our requests promptly and regularly checking if we needed any further assistance. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Location is very central and good for short stays in Tunis both for leisure or business.

For some reason, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom except the one only for shavers.

We stayed here only for one night. At the reception Ramzi welcomed us with an excellent service and quickly processed all the details to give us a room. Once in the room, he gave us a call to check that we were happy with the room and all was working well. He even sent over some fresh fruit to enjoy. We even got a little gift before departure. This hotel is a little gem in the middle of the city, the personnel is superb and the room are modern and lovely. Strongly recommend!

The location could be better if it was either closer to Medina or closer to Cartage. The pillows were a little hard and uncomfortable.

There was not one aspect of the hotel that did not meet expectation.

Truly a great hotel, in every aspect. From check-in to rooms to breakfast, they provide an exceptional service. Everyone at the hotel is there to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. If there was an issues, they fixed it immediately. It is truly a gem of a hotel in Tunis, and a must stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a large modern lobby area and a smaller but traditional lounge. Takeaway coffee or cold water was always ready for guests. Rooms were modern and had all amenities one could want. The staff really made an effort to make it an exceptional stay.
