They put a family we didn’t know in a connected room. The kid was crying in the early hours of the morning which disturbed our sleep.

The staff responses specially the room service was extremely slow. Overall the cleaning team was very good and responded well. Also very less amenities in the bathroom like no bathrobe, no zoom mirror etc

* We booked a suite and the bathub was quite old and not finished properly. * Impossible to call room service nobody ever picked up. * Beach is private yes but to be shared with people who come from the outside and it's very crowded * Steps in the ladders of the pool. Some are missing which is dangerous for people who have had ankle injuries. This should b fixed.

Pool is great. And staff in restaurant is incredible. We arrived at the end of breakfast when it was being packed up and they went out of their way to make sure we were able to eat.

The wi-fi keeps breaking The sound of the music played at the pool hull around the day was so loud.

Swimming in the outdoor pool was pleasant experience I enjoyed the evening dancing stage performances bands The front desk staff were friendly and helpful , thanks to Mrs. Ahlam for her help attitude and cheerful behavior

The bathroom in the superior double room wasn’t renovated, toilet kept running and had to lift the lid of the water each time we flushed. During the night there is always some music from clubs in the background. The food could be better for a 5 star hotel. Amenities were limited. Tried out the hairdresser and not worth it as she didn’t do what we paid for. We ordered taxi’s at the front desk hours before but they never called them. This happened twice.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Good pool. Superior double room had a very comfortable bed & was spacious. Clubs very close by.

The pool was great. The beach was wonderful. the facilities were great also. I thank AHLEM in the front office. She was great. So welcoming and worm.

Room towels are very old and in dire need of replacement. Room cleaning was sporadic, while some facilities could do with a fresh lick of paint.

Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice and fresh products. The facilities are kid-friendly and you have a choice of indoor and out-door pools. Also, very nice beaches and beach-clubs are just a short walk away.

My room was by some night-club and the music was very loud till late in the morning.

There are rooms accessible from the lobby and others from the outside but you aren't given the choice if that matters The private beach is managed by a seperate bar, and accessible for the non residents too where you are in the obligation to consume (prices are much expensive)and might not find a place, but no such information was put in the hotel description. The employees in charge of the food service at the restaurant had an awkward attitude even when asked friendly, especially that there was no names to describe each plate (a must in restaurants) The room wasn't ready even checked in: For a double room, only one toilet paper was served, didn't get more, and no towels or soaps until we have asked

Room cleaning service could certainly be improved upon. My room wasn't cleaned for three days and I had to complain before it was cleaned. They changed towels every day or rather they took the dirty towels every day and on two occasions forgot to replace with clean ones!

Room was good and clean, the pool excellent and the service overall very good.

All the bread provided to make toast in the restaurant in the morning was moldy and green on both the morning that we had breakfast there. Also, there needs to be more of a variety of hot food for European customers. The gym was very outdated and some of the equipment was not safe. They need to update the gym equipment.

The Room was nice, spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. The pasties and Crepes at breakfast were very nice.
