The rooms where very dated, and not clean at all, the carpet hadn't been hoovered for months,clean towels every day but the bedding also was not what you would expect, the quilt I retrieve from the wardrobe had a dirty cover on it.

The food was good,well thought out and enough choice unless you are a really fussy eater. Tasty and well presented , the dinning room staff where pleasant and helpful, very friendly

The room and equipment are too old and scratched... and it seems that the better rooms are given to other guests based on their nationality, as I noticed other rooms were much better than mine. No WIFI in the room

The staff was nice, in reception in the bar or restaurant, the location is good as well.

Location was good. The breakfast was sufficient but and average. The music band played until after 21 hr with the doors open so it prevented me from sleeping until they were done. The music should be for only the people in that area, not for all the guest rooms on that side of the hotel

A bit run down with decor, carpets, fittings in need of upgrade. The room didn't have a fridge and wifi was only accessible in the reception area and restaurant. At this time of year a few of the facilities were closed such as the sauna, fitness area and beach bar but we expected that.

Great value for the price we paid. Nice pools. Close to the beach. Good selection of dishes for dinner and breakfast. Comfortable bed. TV worked.

A very old hotel that appears not to have been updated since it was built. The bathrooms definitely need a makeover.

Friendly staff. Very cheap price. This hotel offers excellent value for money, if you can put up with the dated and rather tired infrastructure.

The place was so dated and run down the equipment was old ,the TV and air conditioners weren't working,the carpet was extremely dirty and wasn't hoovered during my stay there,the duvet cover had black stains ,the bed sheets weren't changed for 6 days,there was no WIFI in the Rooms and extremely poor one in the lobby which made it look like a busy train station in rush hour full of people trying to catch a bit of signal . it's really a shame because this place could have been a gem with a little bit of TLC,but it looks like the owners really don't care

Hotel was very dated and could be doing with new carpets. There were a number of people in the hotel which we were informed were refugees. Seemed odd having refugees sharing accommodation with holiday makers.

Great location on beach with a beach bar. The staff were excellent and really made the trip such an enjoyable experience

The food was so bad The group of children that came to the hotel the last days of my trip, they were so unpolite and no-one was watching them or controlling them, not even the hotel staff, they ruined everyone's mood in the hotel during their residence, The blankets in the rooms weren't clean, they were full of dust

The hotel is rating a 4 star but unfortunately does not deserve it . May be 3 stars . The hotel was dirty and smells of dump the building it’s very old . The carpet is disgusting . There was ants everywhere under the bed and in top of the bed . Housekeeping was rude refuse to change the towels . I didn’t found what I saw in the advertising was scam
