The breakfast choice is very limited.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. We had a very late reservation but they could provide a king bed which was very comfortable. The view was in front of the airport and we enjoyed watching the planes.

The carpet in the room was worn and obviously had not been vacuumed in a while, so cleanliness needs improvement. As well, the cup in the bathroom one would normally use to rinse your mouth with water was really dirty - I wasn't going to use it. The shower should have a mount, so you can use it without having to hold the sprayer.

Hotel is conveniently located near the airport and in a safe neighborhood. Hotel staff were really helpful, especially the man who is at the front desk. Room was comfortable and WiFi worked well in my room. Dinner at the restaurant was good (they don't serve alcohol). Breakfast was also good, though I wish they'd of had fruit.

The air conditioning was very weak and not suitable for the current weather in Tunisia. The hotel management should consider re-adjusting the air conditioning system in the rooms to suit with the weather.

first of all, the hotel room is filled with mosquitoes the amount of mosquitoes you’ll find in the room are limitless, we got little to no sleep even after taking out a huge chunk of them, secondly the breakfast was terrible if you take a room here you’re better off without the breakfast there was barely anything available, then you’ve got the internet which was also horrible and not up to hotel standards. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone even if they were offered a free night at this place.

The service during our booking was terrible. They deliberately placed us on the opposite side, away from the main street, and intentionally put us in the same area as the injured Libyan residents staying at the hotel. This is clear bias and a deliberate act. Otherwise, why were our rooms assigned to Block B instead of Block A? This reflects a lack of consideration for attracting valuable customers who might return to the hotel for its high-quality service. Unfortunately, it seems that customer satisfaction is not one of their priorities.
