The coffee machine in the room was broken we asked a good one since we love have a coffee just after wake up. It was Sunday and probably there was some issue with the personnel.

The hotel in Les Berges du Lac, just 9 minutes from Tunis–Carthage Airport — an ideal location for connection flights or short business trips. The property is situated in a commercial district that feels a bit quiet and underused these days, with only a few boutiques and plenty of jewellery shops. Despite the area’s subdued atmosphere, the hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. Security is excellent: there is a guard stationed at the ground floor entrance, reception is located on the first floor, and there is also secure private parking. The atmosphere is welcoming, with all spaces delicately scented and soft background music playing in the corridors, adding a touch of elegance. Breakfast is included in the price and offers a generous variety — enough to satisfy different tastes and dietary needs. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for a short stay in Tunis, especially if proximity to the airport, comfort, and safety are your priorities.

If I may suggest one small improvement, it would be to provide a few more napkins at the breakfast table — everything else was just perfect!

I stayed one night at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent, just a short drive from Tunis airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The building is new and very well maintained, with rooms furnished in a stylish, modern way. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated in the summer heat. Breakfast was a real highlight: generous, varied, and served à la carte with great attention to detail. Security is taken very seriously here, with separate concierge and reception areas that create a safe and discreet environment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and peace of mind in Tunis.

Staff were accommodating to our early arrival. We would have understood if no rooms were available but instead they upgraded us, which was very kind. Room was clean and comfortable and relaxing. Location was great for exploring the Lac area (walking) and a close drive to La Marsa. Breakfast was order off menu and was good, especially the fresh baked croissants. Parking in the garage was very convenient.

Bilal at the reception was exceptionally welcoming—he greeted me with a genuine smile, even though I arrived late at night. He kindly upgraded me to a superior room, despite my booking being for a standard one. I highly recommend this place; it’s clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near the airport.

It was hot in our room. The facility said they have central air so it wasn't season to turn it on yet.

Amazing clean facilities, staff was amazing helpful and courteous. The main person man at reception was extremely welcoming. It was a breath of fresh air after a busy day in Tunis. Location is spot on. Helped with luggage and taxi. Reception was open late. I highly recommend this for any business poeple on their way out.

A beautiful hotel - very clean, lots of space (for a family of four) and well located for Tunis airport (10 mins away). Underground parking included in the price. The breakfast was very nice and plenty to eat. There is a cafe/restaurant right next door to get dinner - their burgers are lovely!

Credit card machine was not working during checkin,so i had to withdraw cash from the ATM which was inconvenient.

Hotel is in a nice location, very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was great with good variety of food and drinks. Staff are very hospitable and helpful.
