We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainITS A SCAM. They do not promise what they advertise: no wc, no entretainment during dinner, breakfast not like the pictures, no cleaned bed linnen, we had to do and undo the beds while the staff was looking at us and saying sarcastic stereotypical jokes… We complained and the company ignored us saying it was our fault for arriving late (not true).

South KoreaBedding was so inconvenience even though the place was sahara. They should prepare more comfortable bedding with 70EU/person. Camp is not 25 km, only 10 km far from the parking place and it took 20 min by car. Beds in tent was on the sand, not on the carpet. I will never recommand this camp.

United KingdomBugs in the tent and no mobile toilet as initially informed as I'm a typical female Brit and love my home comforts , but of course I was in the middle of the desert so not really sure what else I was expecting!
Mohammed the personal singer and Abdel the cook were simply amazing. hospitality second to none and full of information about their local culture. I booked on the same day via what's app and the owner was very accomodating and picked us up just several hours after initial contact to take us to the tent. What a unique experience !
