Unfortunately staff cannot cover up for a terrible condition of the building itself. It's just old and run down. From the room bathroom to swimming pool, it's falling apart. I can't even say if it's clean or not because when you have paint and tiles falling, you can’t say if it's been cleaned or not. This hotel needs a serious renovation! It's by far not a 5star, although it has all the potential.

Staff! Everyone was going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable s d unique. HUGE thanks you yo everyone at the reception, waiters trying to make a decent cappuuchino with soy milk, ladies in the SPA area. Everyone was absolutely amazing! Other advantages - breakfast and good wifi :)

Breakfast: the scrambled eggs were very watery, and the omelettes were under-cooked Room: the desk chair was too low for the desk. Buffet: Not great starters. Would be good to have a proper A La Carte somewhere in the hotel, apart from finger food.

I have only spent one night, they gave me late check out till 4:pm, as i have arrived 4:pm. It was comfort and clean.

We booked 2 triple rooms and were told when we got there late at night that we didn’t specify in our booking under additional notes that we needed an extra bed in each room. This was a surprise as I’ve booked other hotel rooms the same way, 3 adults in a room and usually when we check in there is an extra bed set up in the room. For a 5 star hotel this is a significant oversight and the receptionist initially refused to accept they should provide the extra beds. They also didn’t have any available. However after 15 mins they said they would bring 2 beds. We waited over an hour and long past midnight until a few porters kindly brought 2 beds (I suspect they had to take beds out of another room as they were not fold-out beds). Although it was an oversight, this would not have been an issue if resolved quickly, however it took some discussion to get a resolution, which was unnecessary and unfortunately left a bad impression of the hotel.

Since the air conditioning did not work on my room, I should have been moved to a room without waiting thru three repair visits and taking 12 hours (until 11:15pm). A full day of upset when there were plenty of available rooms with working air condition.

-Hotel extremely cold, even when the air conditioning was set at 28°C, the air coming out of it was still cold. We got a cold! -Far from city centre -All taxis called by the hotel were 6 or 7 times overpriced. We do know that tourists pay something extra for the taxis all around the world but this was way too much.

I had trouble getting in touch with them before arrival to confirm my shuttle pickup from the airport. I kept getting an ‘out of office’ message.

great location near airport and down town, very nice facilities and extremely comfortable beds. stay were excellent and extremely attentive to our needs. my mother in law was sick and the whole team went above and beyond to help her out and check on us regularly. thanks to Mouna and the rest of the team..
