Quality of food in the buffet restaurants could be better. Sometimes I could not find what I wanted, and also the overall quality of the options provided was not that high. In addition, ice creams felt like they had colorants in them. I personally liked the dessert options which were quite broad and of good quality / tasty too.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and welcoming, the resort organized several activities throughout the day and both the pool and the beach were great.

Well i have nothing big to complain for 6 days stay. Menu for the drinks was limited though but not bad for all inclusive package, also some fine maintenance are required in the bathroom as the shower head was bit loose.

It was nice experience at the resort especially the food 😋😋 animation team was really nice and friendly, they kept people engaging. I think all inclusive package is worth the amount you pay especially with the free drinks.

Improvement is definitely needed when it comes to replenishing buffet items—particularly at the fresh grill, chips, and pizza stations. These items often ran out during busy periods, with wait times of up to 10–15 minutes, only to be depleted almost immediately after being refilled. After a few nights, the food can feel repetitive. It would be great to see the theme switched up occasionally with more international options.

The staff definitely make this hotel! Very polite, attentive & professional. Top service in all departments. Good guest behaviour & atmosphere, lovely resort to stay with family, kids loved it. Good selection of food choice without being excessive and wasteful, I would highly recommend

The weather!!! Not your fault!!!! There was no catering for diary free allergies.

All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They were all well dressed and smiling. We would highly recommend this hotel. The food in the restaurant was all freshly cooked in front of you. Plenty of choice.

The hotel is beautiful. We originally booked a standard double room, but upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room with a sea view, which was amazing. The food is also very good with plenty of options, and they change some of the dishes daily.

The transfer from the Tunis airport should be included but they wanted me to pay extra. The hotel staff is excellent. The waiters and service staff in the restaurant are very kind and always there to help you. The only problem is with the management, who yell at the waiters in Arabic and use phrases like, "if you don't like it, you can leave the job!". These guys do not deserve to be yelled at because they represent the hotel at the highest and best level. I also want to say that the general manager of the hotel is a charismatic person and unfortunately, he is not aware that the lower-ranking management is yelling at and blackmailing the waiters.

Do not go here, the cost is insane for what you get. The food is the worse standard hotel food and tunsian food. They don't even know how to cook a baked potato you just bake it but somehow it tasted bad how do you even do that.

Nice resort. We went I believe during a quiet period just before Easter holidays, so a lot of things were closed or being refurbished. One thing I was annoyed about was the fact that you have to pay a deposit for beach towels. Which is very different to Resorts that I have been to who have towels readily available. Other than that the stay was pleasant, would of enjoyed more if the weather was a bit warmer but that's something the resort has no control over haha.
