Food needs improvement, both buffet and breakfast. There's ample choice but most dishes were pretty tasteless with no stand out dishes. The ambience of the dining room is more like a canteen and you end up queueing for almost everything and noise levels can get annoying. I would suggest replacing all sunbeds as they are not up to 5* standards and to take better care of the grass and garden. Animation wasn't great or involving either. Despite these constructive observations, I enjoyed the stay and once more wish to thank the staff for going above and beyond.

The most professional and helpful front desk staff ever, especially the hotel manager and the guys at the reception. Rooms were beautiful and new, the pool lovely and the location right on the beach superb. There's also a very well equipped gym that I enjoyed. We felt like special guests throughout the stay. Thanks for looking after me and my family with such care, and for all the little extras!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. The beachfront location is perfect, with plenty of space to enjoy both the pool and the sea. What made my experience even better was the staff. At reception, Skander was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed. He really made check-in and my whole stay smooth and stress-free. A special mention also to Timo from the animation team – he brought such great energy, made me feel included, and kept the atmosphere fun and lively throughout the day. Overall, this hotel went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hammamet and I’d love to return in the future!

Beach staff members didn't like. You cannot basically not walk to the customer, welcome him/her when he/she is coming to the beach and offer him/her a seat plus a towel. I had to look for the beach staff plus I get told we don't have towels. Few points in the restaurant where the queue is not acceptable, they should find other ways to address that.

Room and the pool were good including Staff Specially the reception and restaurant personnels. Beach was good but the staff members were not up to the service.

The punctuality during check-in was annoying, the waiting time was too long. However, Rabab and Anas were very professional and made the experience much better.

The hotel offered excellent meals, I was very satisfied with the quality.

The only thing I’d like to report is that the bar waiters were taking long time, (an hour or so) just to serve/bring a cup of coffee or tea. Other than that everything was extraordinary.

The property is well equipped deserves 5 stars. I liked the following: 1- The food was variant and delicious (open buffet). 2- The location, it is not far from the tourist centre (10 mins walk) where you find different restaurants if you are out of the hotel at the dinner time, 3- cleanliness, very clean hotel everywhere. The beach, very close and very clean and very equipped. 4- The room size and the bed quality. 5- The swimming pools and the spa centre all were excellent. 6- The staff were amazing, big thank you to all of you guys especially Madam Awatif and Rabab at the reception. 7- The room services people. If I’d come back I will come because of you. You were professionals, helpful, polite and down to earth, Thank you all ladies and gents. My break was not long (3 nights only) but you made me feel good and happy.

Don’t charge too much for water , a bottle of water should not be 6 dinar it a shame and a robbery.

It is very expensive for what it is. My air conditioner stopped working during the night.

The beach here is fantastic. As is the pool. There was a huge breakfast buffet with very attentive staff managing it.

Every thing was perfectly organized The beach access was meticulously organized and impeccably clean. A special thank to Mr. Skander SAIDI at the reception! He was very attentive to all our requests and perfectly organized our late arrival at 3 AM. He patiently explained everything we needed to know for our stay, which helped us have an amazing vacation. We really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Thank you again, Skander! If anyone has a problem or needs help during their stay, I highly recommend asking for Skander SAIDI don’t forget his name! really and you will thank me later !

Maybe an à la carte venue/restaurant/option for those who do not prefer a buffet-style restaurant in the evenings would be great

Excellent location and the newly-refurbished facilities are very conducive to relaxation and enjoyment. The attention and warmth from staff is of a high standard. As a resident, I felt valued and well-looked after in all areas of the hotel. Great service throughout. The facilities are first-class.

If I had to suggest one small improvement, I would recommend adding more variety to the lunch menu.

Our experience was simply fantastic. The hotel fully lives up to its 5-star rating. Our room was new, welcoming, with extremely comfortable beds and a lovely sea view. The food was good overall, and the breakfast was outstanding … definitely one of the hotel’s highlights: rich, varied, and of excellent quality. The reception staff were incredibly professional and kind. A special mention goes to Rabeb, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. I would also like to thank Hamza for his availability and attention to every detail … his support really made a difference. And last but not least, a big thank you to Anas and the entire reception team for their warm welcome and exceptional service throughout our stay.

The omlette station at the breakfast didnt look clean.

The newly renovated rooms are very good. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning works perfectly, and the shower is excellent. I had no issues with the room’s infrastructure. The service was also very good. Everyone was always friendly. My safe didn’t work after check-in, but after I reported it to the reception, it was replaced within 5 minutes. Very impressive! The massages were perfect! This Hotel easily match, if not exceed, the standards of Hotelresorts of the same categorie in Southern Europe! You can barely hear the noise from the rooms under construction.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I could also check-in one hour before the official time . I enjoyed the activities and the animation during the day for example the Aqua Ball during the day and the live music in the evening.
