They even upgraded our room because the budget one we booked did not have a proper window, was very dark, and also, unfortunately, not clean. They upgraded us to a room with Jacuzzi and a balcony free of charge, which is a gesture I have never experienced before in a hotel. This was initiated from their side. The breakfast was also lovely.
