Amazing villa overlooking the sea , spacious and clean. Also very quiet away from the noise. Checking in was simple, no issues.

The wifi was slow

The place was clean , the apartment was lovely , the beds were comfortable . The views were beautiful . The pool was lovely . The staff were lovely and very helpful . The location is quiet and probably best with a car , however taxis were cheap and we walked most nights to ladies beach where the restaurant were , which was 15 mins walk although up hill in way back but at least we walked off our meal.

Need to buy detergent and diswash ourself. I am not against buying it, but it would have been better if they could provide it with charges.

The location was peaceful, town was easily accessible by walking or Taxi. The view from the Villa was breath taking. The check in was seamless, the staff were friendly and always helpful with any requests from additional toiletries to Taxi's. The surrounding area was clean and had cats that were very friendly. The Villa was clean on arrival and throughout our stay was cleaned and linen changed every two days. Overall the Villa was fantastic and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Everything was great

I never normally write reviews on anything but Ada Villas deserves one. The Villa was perfect. 4 Large Bedrooms, with en-suite access. Large Sitting-room and good kitchen. Lovely pool and outside areas. The Villa was cleaned every three days, beds changed and new towels. Rubbish was collected daily from outside the Villa and pool area cleaned every morning. The staff are excellent. They were available 24hrs a day and waited up until 0200hrs, to give us the keys to the Villa, after an horrendous Easy Jet flight (delay). The Villas are very private, you cannot see into other villas from a standing eye line or from bedroom windows. You can see in from the roof terrace but only the Villa next door. It is the most private Villa I have been too. The Villa has great views from the hills, slightly out of the centre but a 15 min walk to the beach. 20 mins from Aqua Fantasy (Brilliant water park) or Adaland (Dolphin Park). Izmir is 1hr drive away, huge shopping Mall, Turkish Market etc…. 40 min from Turkish Beaches in a National Park Area, unspoilt.

As others have said, some things are a little tired but not enough to spoil our holiday. The sunbeds are fine but are metal so the arms get extremely hot in the sun. They aren't making enough of the roof terrace. A nice outdoor sofa up there and a canopy on the pergola would be a massive asset to the property. A few small things like door handles need attention. Again, not things that spoilt our holiday, just some things that could be improved. I wouldn't say it's an easy walk to the beach but cabs are cheap and we left the car a few times and got a cab to the old town.

The pool area was nice and the pool and view were great. The house was very clean and was cleaned twice whilst we were there for 10 nights. Towels and bedding were good quality. Excellent shower pressure. The staff on site were extremely helpful. It's tucked away a little bit but that suited us. There's a couple of small supermarkets in walking distance but we had a car. Also, you are in the hills so the walk always involves a hill, some quite steep. Amazing roof terrace.

When we took a shower, the moisture from the bathroom did not leave the house easily and the smell of damp remained for a while. The quality of sheets and blankets could be better. If several people went to the bathroom at the same time, there might not be enough hot water

I really liked the private and family-oriented atmosphere of the villa settlement. The host was a really nice and lovely person. The kitchen facilities were perfect.

The location was good and the view was fantastic! Only a couple of euros taxi to the beach. Pool was good and cleaned every day. Staff in the office were great and very helpful for trips and taxis. Highly recommended.

Checks that should have been done before guests arrive had not been done. Air con handsets not working, Air con in living area not working. Shower broken and had to be replaced leaving drill holes in the wall. Hairdryer dangerous and un usable. There is no cafe to have breakfast in on site as advertised. None of this spoiled our stay and issues were dealt with immediately. Disappointing though as the villas are described as Luxury Villas.

Pick up from and to airport was easy and excellent. Spotlessly clean. Clean every 3 days and rubbish taken away every day. Reception excellent. Called for taxis, order water bottle, any issues dealt with immediately, pool cleaned every day. Location great, beautiful view and we can appreciate now the villas with un impeded view will be worth spending more on. Staff excellent. Loved the roof terrace because of the views.

Absolutely everything. The villa was beautiful, the service was exceptional and the staff so friendly and attentive. The view from the villa was breathtaking and the swimming pool was great, and maintained daily.

The kitchen equipment could have been a little better such as knives, chopping board, etc

The office staff were friendly and very helpful with organizing activities and spoke good English. The villa could be cleaned on request and clean towels were also provided on request

A little further from resteraunts than I would have liked but taxis are very cheap and quick. I suggest walking downhill to ladies beach and getting a taxi back for the uphill return.

The pool and deck were excellent. Felt quiet and relaxing. Staff were really helpful and polite. Overall, the villa was really good and great value for money.

There is no extractor hood in the bathroom, which makes the bathroom smell very unpleasant and there is no cleaning every day because it is not a hotel villa and the towels and bed linen are not changed every day, but the staff are very nice, helpful and very respectful! But the villa furniture needs renovation. Thank you.
