The hotel is in a very good location close to restaurants, shops & beach. The rooms are a little small but clean. The breakfast is ok! They have a "sister hotel" where you can go to the beach.

It was really nice being in bodurm and in Arkkan hotel 🏨 The good thing they have access to beach through there other Arkkan beach hotel 😊 The staff were so friendly and polite They helped me with everything during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and I will visit it again in the near future 😊

The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time, but since our room was ready, they let us check in early, which was a great bonus. They also kindly served us breakfast even though we arrived after breakfast hours. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

The coffee at breakfast could be improved. The room cleaning could be improved, as my partner pointed out, as she used to work as a chambermaid, many years before and she knows what she's talking about. As it was very hot, there was a waste water pipe on the floor in the bathroom that smelled quite badly, so maybe it could be useful to pour some bleach in it to kill the bacteria that probably is causing the smell. They had an air freshener automatic dispenser in the bathroom that was helping a little, though. We didn't mind too much as we didn't spend too much time in the room.

The view from our room was stunning. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful. The breakfast was very good and had lots of variety. We were able to use the sister hotel's private beach.

Continental breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of food and beverages - Hotel room (sea view & balcony) was ideal and well appointed - Customer service was fantastic!! Can and his staff were amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel! I would also add that the sister hotel, which had a pool and private beach area, was also amazing with fantastic staff!

No shower door (awaiting replacement) in room 104. Coverlet (sheet / thin blanket) suitable for single bed not a double bed). Handles of balcony doors broken. Curtains not quite big enough to cover whole of windows. Poor soundproofing.

Location excellent. Staff managed to compensate for a lot of flaws in the hotel fabric (eg supplied extra cover sheet for bed). Beach / pool towels provided for free on request. Able to use sister hotel's pool and beach area for free. Room had great view of the sea (but noise from kids' playground 1 night, tourists another night and call to prayers every night!) Aircon worked well and quietly.

Nothing all good, but not elevator.

First of all, Id like to thank Mehmet Can for upgrading our room, it really added a difference to our holiday. We got a better view of Bodrum. The staff were Extremely Nice, they were very helpful and always assisted us to whatever we needed. I really truly advice this hotel, as also the location is perfect and there are taxis down the hotel too. The rooms are clean and the space is good.

That we could only stay two nights!

The Akkan hotel was absolutely superb. The communication prior to our visit by Can was impeccable and he even phoned to check we were okay when our flight was delayed. The accommodation was first class, we had a huge bedroom, bathroom and terrace with a great view to the sea. The breakfast was plentiful and healthy and they very kindly provided us with an early one prior to a ferry deadline. Can and his brother were fantastic hosts with nothing too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a stay in Bodrum.
