I really didn't like the breakfast and the location of the property. One of the AC was broken during our stay in the hotel.

When arrive before 14:00 PM the receptionist insist to checking in at 14:00 PM exacactly, then I wait in lobby up to 14:00 PM. The TV in the room not working but the receptionist informed that he can change the room. The hotel is very far from downtown and you need to take many transportation facilities in order to reach downtown. There is no service near from hotel like restaurants, Groceries...etc.

The staff is very nice. The Hotel overall based on the price is suitable.

We stayed on the 5th floor and everything could be heard from the other rooms. At 5am, a lady from the next door spoke on the phone and then sang for almost an hour. The rooms have a specidic smell, so, probably, need more opened windows.

It was a good hotel for one night.

Mattress wasn't very comfortable

Location is great, it was about 7 minutes walk to metro and bus stations, one bus to SAW airport, room was large and clean, breakfast was also good.

The staff in the morning of Friday were very bad, I think his name Murad and the lady with him even though I informed them that I would arrive at around 10:00 am I arrived tired and told them but did not give me any respose However, they did not give us attention and made them self busy with phone and computer and the room is ocubied and I kept watching the room no body enter or get out from it for more the oneand half hour after one and half hours. When I insisted and told them I would do this in the review, suddenly they were ready and changed their behaviour I was so uncofrtable with this treatment of gustsno th

Language barrier, far away from tourists attractions, didn’t get room service for 5days, no restaurant in the hotel or nearby.

Very poor service, breakfast was not provided or their condition was, they will provide breakfast after 9.30 AM. I was there with my family for Tourism in Istanbul. They no staffs, cooks or service people, it looked like abbondend hotel. Hotel instruction itself said that breakfast timimg was 7 AM to 10 AM. But they lied to me and said breakfast will be given after 9.30AM. None of the days cleaning was done for our room and bathroom even after reminding several times. It was disgusting. I will not advice anyone to go to this hotel.

Staff cannot communicate in English which was a big challenge for us. Hotel policy is baised and unfair. We booked a room through booking.com for 3 adults and 2 kids, but somehow booking.com booked for 4 adults. When I reached the hotel at 12 AM (late checkin) I was informed by the receptionist through a 1.5 hour translated communication that your booking is for 4 adults and you are 5 in all i.e. one 10 yr kid extra, so you have to pay TRY 750 or Euro 22 extra that was even more than the cost of 1 adult through booking.com during the original booking. Allotted room for 5 adults was having 2 queen beds and one broken cot. Room was on the top floor and the lift reaches one level below so we had to carry our luggage one floor up through stairs. Bed linen and wash room was not clean. Hotel does not seem appropriate for families.

Room service was badly provided, only when you asked for it. Breakfast is very poor and provided in the room.

No one in so called 4 stars hotels speak English, all use google translation. Check in was really slow and all went wrong in it, also got to pay more then was booked and got the room which I didn’t booked, fortunately they changed it after my request. Cleaning is also quite unknown to personal (toilet-sear was so dirty). All condition of a hotel is for a really shabby 3 stars at most.

Close to metro, even that it is some industrial area…

The receptionist didn't speak any English and didn't really make us feel welcome at first.

We got upgraded for free to a suite which was amazing! The room was really big and nice. There was also a Kettle and refrigerator. Location close to metro stop Huzurevi.

What they have mentioned in their advertisement, I couldn’t get . I have to ask every single things . They didn’t provide basic tea , coffee, sugar , tv remote , toilet paper which they have stated in booking.com . Not only that , when I arrived at hotel for check-in , the staffs were not present . I had to wait more than 20 minutes in reception . That was not acceptable at all .

Everything was dirty. Especially the couches and the bathroom. The room smelled like someone had been smoking in our room. When we told the staff they told us that it was impossible and they couldn’t do anything about it.
