There was a simple miscommunication around a pick up from the airport but everything was resolved satisfactorily.

The staff went out of their way to help you, they were professional, very polite and attentive. We received a free upgrade and the room had a king sized bed, plenty of storage space and the most magnificent view of the Blue Mosque. The hotel is located on a quiet street and in walking distance to the Basilica, Blue Mosque and Grand Bizarre.

Its hard not to like this hotel. If I really be picky: Room cleaning & maintenance can be better. Decor is a bit aging but still acceptable. Staff interaction is a fine line between overtly professional and friendly - and can oversell sometimes.

Outstanding location. Outstanding breakfast spread from et menu selection on the terrace restaurant - with possibly the best view of the Blue Mosque in town. The staff are generally courteous. The concierge is very helpful. Everything is within walking distance if you do need to come back to hotel.

The staff at the reception welcomed us very kindly. They offered us very useful information about our stay in Istanbul so we could explore the town. The location of the hotel is the best in Istanbul. It’s right next to the public transport stations and the famous mosques. The room was spacious and luxurious. It was getting cleaned every day. We didn’t miss anything, we had everything we could wish for. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking and unforgettable. The breakfast menu was very rich and had many options, the food was absolutely delicious. The staff in the restaurant was professional and kind. The atmosphere in the hotel was very peaceful and just perfect. I can’t imagine a better place to stay at in Istanbul, definitely would visit again.

Excellent location with spectacular view of Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Staff is very helpful. Nice views from the rooftop restaurant and bar. Room was simple and clean. TV had lots of news channels from different countries.

Can't really think of anything negative to add at this point, I guess if I was to be really picky - then the front windows of the property could have done with a proper clean, rather than a wipe over. But that's being picky!

Great location with fantastic views in the restaurant! Friendly staff with a modern app that gave free mini bar facilities. The food at breakfast time was also of good quality with a nice selection to chose from.

Not many options for vegetarians to eat at the restaurant. The duvet was quite small for the size of the bed. Our room was located directly opposite of the cleaners room and was woken up numerous of times when moving their cleaning equipment. Also our room was located on the first floor facing the road and above the main lobby, so a lot of noise echoing from downstairs.

The size of the room, the location and the views from the restaurant were amazing.

The property was so close to everything in the city, most attractions were walking distance. The staff were absolutely amazing and so welcoming and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast every morning was incredible, the sea view rooms were breath taking, the cleanliness, everything was perfect!

The lack of transparency when asking to book a cab, they offer the hotel services of a black Mercedes that they point to parked put front. What I got was a crappy old van with a cracked window.

The location, also the staff are friendly...for tips of course. The view from the roof top bar and restaurant is amazing. Especially when having breakfast
