I had a wonderful stay in one of the suites. It was just like home away from home. All the hosts were very polite and helping in every possible way. Excellent location for all attractions, comfortable and most of all value for moneys What more can you ask for. Definitely coming back soon!!!

Reception don’t carry international plug for North America and no USB connection in the room.

The apartment in the third floor was actually two separate rooms not interconnected which was an obstacle with two children and cold weather. Water only once upon arrival. Three floors without elevator 🥹 but staff helped us in carrying our luggage. You need to climb some streets to reach nearby activities 😵‍💫 but this seems to be the whole Sultanahmet are.

Excellent location near Aya Sofia and blue mosque and city centre walking distance Friendly staff thanks to all of them especially Mr. Berat in the reception and the kitchen staff. They offered us a complimentary breakfast upon arrival. They kept our baggage for some hours in their store till we did our check- in as we came early and rooms were occupied. clean and neat rooms. Nice view on Marmara sea. They respond rapidly to any comment or request like fixing any device or changing it if needed. Quite area at night

The staff were very friendly. They are complete in services and we availed the very good breakfast, laundry and airport transfer. It is walking distance from many attractions including blue mosque and hagia sophia. They helped us in carrying our luggages and even gave us a ref magnet for souvenir. The sea view from our room was incredible. They also have elevator. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed in Atam Suites for eight nights and we are a family of five. We found the location of the hotel fantastic as it is surrounded by many restaurants and the most important places to visit in Istanbul : Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, etc. All those places are a walking distance from the hotel. The staff, mainly Ziya, was welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs. Their advices were valuable. Ziya organized for us the shuttle services from and to the airport and the Bosphorus boat tour. We really appreciated our stay and we recommend it.

No microwave but they are so many places to eat closed even the hotel ( breakfast)

Quiet place near the Blue Mosque and Sofia, 10 minutes from the metro and buses, with shops and places to eat a few meters away and a market with everything you need to buy from different types of tea to travel suitcases to take everything you buy during your stay.
