Very friendly and helpful staff! Arrived early at 09AM to drop the luggage, but hotel gave us available room and offered the breakfast. The cost and location met our expectations for 3 days in Istanbul. Compared with some feedbacks we were lucky to have our room without any smoking smell.

AlgeriaThe only thing which I did not like was the coffee, because it was very light each time I had to buy a Turkish coffee, in addition there was no hot milk.
First of all I would like to thank all the working staff at the reception and also those in charge of the breakfast. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good, especially the soup. Thanks also to the staff in charge of cleaning as the rooms were cleaned regularly. The location is nice.

United KingdomIt looks like there a lot of people staying at the hotel who are travelling large distances by bus with massive bags (probably market resellers). It makes the place feel a bit strange with a hasty atmosphere but otherwise no issues.
Very affordable hotel in a questionable area of Istanbul but I would definitely recommend for short stays

GeorgiaThere was a specific smell that I cannot describe with words. The smell was so bad it was hard to be in the room. I stayed for one night but we tried to be outside as it wasn’t easy to stay inside. Also the room wasn’t clean and toilet didn’t work at first. Phone didn’t work either, so I had to go downstairs and asked to repair the toilet. They went up pretty fast and fixed it.
It is close to the city center and to the main sightseeings.

Wonderful hotel! Thanks to the staff for the possibility of late check-in. I was placed in a room overlooking the sea, it was a pleasant surprise, which I discovered only in the morning))) I lived on the 5th floor, Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast is the same every day, but there is always a lot of different food, the breakfast is complete and tasty. The location is convenient, you can get anywhere from Aksaray. It is convenient to get from and to the airport by Havaist. In about 30 minutes you can walk to the embankment of the Marble Sea, it is very spacious and calm. There is a Migros Jet store nearby, but it is pretty stupid, there is an excellent and large mmm Migros in the Historia shopping center behind the Aksaray metro.

United KingdomHotel in shabby and congested old area, lots of auto parts suppliers in the area who blocked pavements as were fixing cars on the roads ! All staff were okay apart from the grumpy unhelpful woman in the restaurant, who seemed to lack any customer service skills - just shrugged her shoulders because couldn't understand English, could have called one of her colleagues at reception who could. Breakfast was a bit lacking lustre: bread was hard, only tried a few items on first day of week's stay, then avoided as gave me stomach upset - didn't eat anything rest of the day. On one other day had only a bit of cereal and coffee but milk very thin, was either fully-skimmed or watered down ! Therefore not full cream milk that I like on my cereals and coffee.
Proximity to Metro convenient. Room was clean if simple. Liked that we had fridge in the room and bottled water was provided daily. Room service was good, our cleaning lady was pleasant and helpful.
