Windows in the room were very small . Had to consistently ask for a bath mat and also further toilet rolls . Bathroom could have been cleaner

Our room was very small. This is fine but our window faced a wall that is two feet away. This means that there was no natural light. We did not realize this from booking pictures. The walls are also very thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. We had to ask them to be quiet every night, even if they were just speaking normally.

The hotel is very close to main attractions in the European side. The staff is very kind and helpful and the hotel is clean. Breakfast is nice.

We were in the room right next to the restaurant, at the fifth floor and in the morning it might be a little noisy, but it wasn't such a big problem for us, as we woke up early.

The location is amazing, we were at a five minute distance from the Topkapi palace, Hagia and the Blue Mosque. The breakfast was good, with a great view of the Hagia Sofia and the personnel was really helpful and nice.

There was a lot of noise coming from tenants in the next room, there was no sound insulation whatsoever.

It is close to the grand bazaar and Hagia Sophia, which are both important attractions of the city. The room was clean but very small. It is good for a base if you wanna go around the city. Not good for staying many hours inside the room. Also their breakfast was better than what we expected.

We didn't like it and it didn't seem right and beautiful that on the first day we were sent to a different room than the one we had chosen and paid for, which was not very clean, very small and smelled of dampness. When we showed to the reception and told them that this is an economy standard room and we paid more for a standard double room, the receptionist at first did not accept it saying that the rooms were the same. Then, after we showed him the value and the room selected and paid in the photo, he told us that he couldn't do anything that night so the room would be changed the next day. The next day, they woke up at 10 o'clock in a hurry, refusing to let us leave the room 1 hour later to exchange it with the room we had actually paid for. Strange their haste when we were forced to sleep one night in a room that belonged to us and cost much cheaper. For the return of the overpaid payment for one night, nothing was taken over by the hotel. It didn't seem right at all. The staff found us willing after we complained after the stay with our requests.

We loved the location as it was very close to the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia.

Bathroom ceiling had mould on it because of the humidity. Housekeeper on the departure day and the day before tried to access the room at 9:30 when we were still resting.

Polite and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a triple room as twin was not available. Convenient location.

Location was perfect, and room was clean. I have booked econ room but the management of the hotel upgraded it to standard room free of charge (that's the reason for 1 extra score). WiFi was good. Queen size bed were comfortable
