The shower doesn't hot enough.

I had gotten pickpockets on this trip. This hotel staff offered me many kinds of help and solved many issues. This hotel is very small but the atmosphere was like a family. That's excellent.

Some people walked in the street with some noise at night, though not very often.

Great location. Walking distance to many places. Ahmet is very kind and helpful. He provided very detailed information for us and even lent us an Istanbul card for transportation. He offered to arrange the transportation between the hotel and the airport too. He also helped us with the laundry service. That’s very kind.

Breakfast is not currently served. But since we had expected breakfast, relying on their website, they kindly sent us to a sister hotel. This was typical of their going the extra mile to help.

we have a really pleasant stay here - staff were really helpful and the recommendations were universally good. Location is ideal for the key tourist sites on day 1/2 and access to the tram system is a short walk. Would recommend and return.

We absolutely loved the location ...so accessible to the Old Town sights and eateries. Our hosts were super helpful...helping with transits to and from the airport, itinerary planning and advice and general hospitality was tremendous. We felt at-home immediately and would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone.

They don't serve breakfast (which we knew when we booked). It would be nice but not mandatory. They do co-operate with a local place that does take away and delivery.

I'm sorry that COVID killed their breakfasts. Their breakfast buffet in the pre-COVID era was AMAZING! Sigh. No problem, though: in Istanbul there's food everywhere!

Receptionists Ahmet and Çanal were extremely helpful and informative! Room was roomy and comfortable. Hot water in the bathroom too! A five-minute walk away from Sultanahmet Mosque and the Hippodrome.

The property was close to many of the tourist attractions & it was easy to get by to the other places from here as the public transport was just a few minutes away. The staff really cared about their residents. They went above & beyond to ensure that we had a good time without any hassle. As we were traveling with our 1 year old, we had our own challenges but the staff ensured we had a good time & I would highly recommend the stay at this place if you are looking for a budget-friendly accommodation & a place where they welcome you like family. They truly care for your safety & look out for you during your stay in Istanbul. My rating is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
