Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe spa facilities was average the sauna steam room and ‘indoor’ pool was just average, the Haman/Turkish bath you have to pay extra for you can use the room but you have to pour the water over yourselves out of a bowl so didn’t quite understand that. The main buffet was poor, the quality and the food was not at all appetising it’s ok for dinner time salads, cheese, bread and fruit other than that we couldn’t eat anything else. We paid all inclusive which was ok for the drinks but we never once ate dinner inside we had to eat out every night which was much more preferred as it was the same food over again, the chicken wings wore more like chicken bones and the rest of the meat was dry, the soup was disgusting it was basically watered down tomatoes sauce and not a good flavour and the white soup was more like warm, salty milk it was disgusting. The food at the day bar beside the pool wasn’t much better either didn’t have a large variety was literally burger, pizza and chips everyday and they wasn’t nice at all unless you had them cooked fresh but again we were unable to eat that we only ate there once or twice but that was because we was genuinely hungry. Make sure to get plenty of snacks from local shops in Belek for your room so you don’t go hungry or take your own snacks in your cases. I travelled with my parents and had separate rooms on the second floor the day we got there both our fridge’s was broke and was warm had to get reception to fix/replace them so I think it could be an on going problem with the fridges rather than just the one off however they did get them sorted when we asked them too. Cleaners are amazing they left our room spotless every day the hotel is very clean the pool bar does have very loud music all day long and could become quite annoying as you couldn’t just chill and have a conversation with your family/friends without having to shout but that depends on how loud you like to hear foreign music over and over again.
The property has a good location for walking distance into Belek town centre other than that it wasn’t that great to get anywhere else if you wanted to travel farer than town centre into any other area other than Belek then you will have to take a taxi. Belek town centre is good has a good range of restaurants, bars and shops as you will need to eat out as the buffet definitely isn’t a 4star buffet we went all inclusive and only use the day buffet once and the pool snacks twice as it wasn’t the best at all again I would not rate the buffet all inclusive food 4 star and there wasn’t a massive selection of food it was the same thing every afternoon and evening. Clean rooms, air con, spotless couldn’t be faulted I would opt for a garden view if you would like to be able to sleep peacefully as the music is very loud all day around the pool until 12pm. Depends on your preferences. The spa facilities are all extra payments but we did pay for full body medical massage and it was amazing, the free spa facilities are just average, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, you can use the shaman/Turkish Bath room but you have to do it yourself Turkish Bath and Salt room are extra charges. Did not understand the convent of access to Haman as we had to do it ourselves which was impossible to lay down and do. There is a relaxation room which is comfortable and relaxing but there isn’t much in there. Make sure you get up early enough to go and put towels on your bed early even though they say this isn’t allowed as there wasn’t enough beds for the holiday makers and within the hotel. The hotel staff are all really friendly However there is a massive language barrier for English speaking holiday makers but the staff will use google translate and are friendly and qs helpful as possible any issues we had were rectified when asked to do so. There is a shop within the hotel but it is much cheaper to purchase them from a shop in Belek Town Centre.

GermanyThe hotel looks much better on the photos. It is located in the dirty area full of construction remaining. The rooms are super small and face noisy and busy road. The pool area is much smaller than on the photos and is dark and uncomfortable. Maximum can be used for one night stay. Poor breakfast
In general building is modern and staff was helpful

BelgiumThe fact that the staff at the reception did not even speak English was not so okay. I mean it's a touristic place you should at least be able to speak in English and make yourself understandable.
The buffet was overall okay! The food was fine and it was clean.

United KingdomStaff barely speaks any english which makes it a bit hard to understand. Food is absolutely the same every day. If you expect to eat baklava - don’t they don’t serve any. The male at the spa is probably the only one who spoke english and he was extremely pushy for the paid services at the spa. He even came to the pool to look for me and offered me cheaper massage and when I said no he got really angry and spoke to me very rude. I couldn’t even go tell the manager about it as they don’t understand me. So bear that in mind if visiting. Pool is a bit overfilled so water’s over the tiles and it’s really slippery. Woman was cleaning around the pool with some sort of spray and was pushing the dirty water towards the pool which made us not go in the pool anymore. No juice or beer all day yesterday.
Nice new hotel. Very clean, In a walking distance to city centre. Has free shuttle to the beach and back.

South AfricaThe lack of variety at supper. It was more of the same every night. I understand its difficult with a buffet but small variation could have helped. The people dishing up plates of food that looks like mountains of food , and then leaving 75 % on the plate. Sadly parents have become the slaves of children in this case as well.
Breakfast was good as far as breakfast go. Would have liked to have the option of Macon ( instead as bacon not halal so not available ). The food attendee Hummus ( not sure of spelling ) was a breath of fresh air and made the visit to the dining room a pleasure.

UkraineThe banging on music almost till midnight that doesn’t let you rest. Not sure how people with children managed that. The worst thing it was a russian music in the middle of the war. russian flag at the entrance to the hotel — you serious?! Shame on you.
Modern hotel with a very good kitchen. The beach was miles away but the transport was provided every hour.

United KingdomThe spa and hamam, dining and the room quality with toiletries.
It’s a toned down version of an all inclusive, two pools, no evening entertainment for kids/adults and a hotel that is not on the beach front. The decor is new and the facilities are great with great dining. It’s easy for a solo traveller and 30 mins away from the airport and 20 minutes from the land of legends.

Romania-Very few staff members speak English. They are more likely to speak Russian -Quite far from the beach (~5 km/10 minutes by shuttle bus, and the last one leaves the beach at 6 pm). You can't go for a swim or take a walk on the beach at sunset -Not necessarily the hotel's fault, but they could do something about it- first 3 days of our stay, all the sunbeds by the pool were "reserved" by towels -No ice-cream
-New hotel. Nice room and bathroom, smart TV, WI-FI. Cleaning every day -24 hour lobby bar -Decent sized pool- they offer free towels for pool & beach -Private beach with a beach bar -Good food and drinks -Great for kids

GermanyIt is a very new hotel and I think there are things to improve: - The drinks bar is not good. They should offer courses on how to prepare drinks for all their employees. - The juice is not good either. - Regarding the children's play area, they should consider some tables where parents can eat or have a drink while watching their children play. Children under 5 years old must be under the care of their parents but that does not allow us to enjoy the facilities and services 100%. -Also in the children's play area there are areas that are dangerous and should be covered so that there are no accidents with children. - It would be good if the employees received English courses, even at a basic level, to improve communication between guests and employees.
Everything is very new in the hotel. The rooms are very nice. The cleanliness in the rooms is excellent. Everything was very clean and tidy. Regarding the restaurant, it has the best variety of food I have ever tried in my life and the quality is excellent. The children's play area was very good.
