We booked a double room but got a triple room with three separate single beds, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and we had to ask for some. The bathroom was a little run down and the room was not very clean (some balls of hairs and dust). The hotel is in front of a bar that plays loud music starting from the afternoon until late in the evening so it’s not ideal for people in search of a quiet place to rest.

The staff took the time to tell us about the different activities to do and were nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace.

Everything was amazing. However, they could have given a variety of breakfast. They only offered a plate of different sauces and bread which comes with one omelette per room.

The property’s location was beautiful with a lovely terrace with colourful rugs and cushions. It is the perfect spot for taking pictures. The dinning area has also got a beautiful view.

The staff is missing for most of the time at the reception and you have to call them to send someone to check in! But I mean that is fine, they picked up my call at 4 am in the morning for the checkout and the dog is cuteeee!

The location is the best, right in the downtown and a stone throw from the bus station. The rooms and clean and nice. Overall a very nice stay. Will stay again if I come to Goreme!

Internet was not too good. Water pressure in the showers goes down really bad when another person takes a shower at the same time and the hot water runs out fast too. The locks at the doors for the bathrooms were bad.

Almost everything was fantastic. Hands down the best part was breakfast.

- For all the extra services (balloon ride, laundry service, airport shuttle) I had to go to the reception and confirm for each one of them despite being told that the information (departure time etc) will be sent to me with a WhatsApp message. - Lack of maintenance in some places, e.g., toilet and shower doors were not lockable in the room I was in

The bathroom was not too clean, with water outside the bathroom making it unconfortable to walk. Also was raining heavily that day, but this is understandable it will be a bit dirty.

Just one suggestion, please keep the water dispenser filled with water. keep extra water bottles, especially in summers.

price too high, bathroom too small, water supply problem, breakfast is served in small cups on a tray, unfortunately the employee serves what has not been consumed by a customer for the customer next… a client didn't eat his omelette which was on my table the employee served it to me… plus it was cold .. i didn't eat it because if it had been made again it would have been hot since he makes them live .. I find it very unfortunate especially since we really don't want to catch germs from others and even less on vacation...

Everything was good. Excellent view of balloons from hotel Rooftop. Typical Turkish brekkie with scrambled eggs on the side much appreciated. Free water available. Double room was large and very comfortable, as well as spacious bathroom. Had problem with lock which was masterfully handled by the Manager in coupla minutes ..😊 We had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend it.to friends and family.

It is a bit noisy, the music from the terrasse is loud and doesn’t stop until midnight and the doorms are just next to it.

The only down side was my room was facing a bar that pumped loud music till 24:00 at night. I would recommend ask for a quiet room.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was lovely and their food on the menu is amazing too. The hotel is situated in a place close enough to walk to many attraction. Very nice and simple room.
