The property is nice but the facilities were not good. No regular cleaning of the room takes place. Only once in three days. Also the washrooms were not up to the mark

The water in the bathroom was changing constantly between cold and hot on its own making the shower experience a bit unpleasant.

They changed my parents bedroom from one double room to twin room with no explanation or information, and put us on different floors. The elevator was useless between floors and I had to carry the baby stroller and luggage up by stairs. There was an infernal noise from the restaurant and the kitchen sometimes until midnight. You can hear everything from the room. The restaurant has a 10% tip included in the bill and from the beginning they put us to pay more then we ordered and they forgot about our discount from booking. The lady in green did not pay many attention at our requests in the restaurant. Do not recommend this hotel for those who come with kids in vacation.

There were a lot of broken things for example : the shower, the toilet, the mattress, the towels amd the trash can. The water pressure at the bathroom was very poor and the same breakfast every day.

The receptionist on 1st day refuses to give us another key for the room. We used to get 2 keys in all our trips as we are 2 adults so we have to be stuck together or ask the receptionist to open in case. He told he has shortage in keys although the hotel was almost only half the capacity! 2ndly, we had to cancel the booking of the other room which I booked for my sister and I understand that it was unrefundable, he told he can't do that as my money is with booking.com! Booking asked them to make exception with partial refund but they answered No. Room telephone is not working. Last visit we used to get 10% discount in restaurant, but this time they charged us 10% service😀

The quality of the building/infrastructure is really poor. Missing inner door of elevator, leaking pipe in one of bathrooms, absence of shower door in the other bathroom, towel shelf falling down. Chances are we got unlucky with the rooms though.

Very small room. There is no place for luggage. Breakfast is nutritional with nice serving, but 100% same all days. They give jam and Nutella instead of some local sweets.

Very good location next to Sirkeci Station and T1 tram line but on quiet street. The main attractions are easily accessible. Helpful stuff. They provide a bottle of water every day.

The hotel is above a super cute restaurant /cafe. The decorations are very nice and the environment felt cozy. All of the staff were polite and welcoming. The room had everything I needed. Also, it is very close to all of the places to visit in the area.

The sink in my room was leaking. And I think it’s time to update the towels, they are no longer white and clean.

The hotel is comfortable enough, the room was small, but also quite enough for a solo traveler. The bed is clean. I was satisfied with the breakfast, it was especially comfortable to sit at the table outside in the morning and drink turkish coffee, the street is quiet and cute even though the area is very busy. The location is great, marmaray just around the corner. Excellent staff, manager Anas helped me with printing tickets, ordering a taxi, he was very helpful and in general all the guys were very friendly. I will stay at this place for the second time. Thank you.
