Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryCoffee at breakfasts is really not worth that level of quality as the hotel itself.
Comfortable and clean rooms. Plenty variations in breakfast. Personnel is helpful and speaking English. Basic beverages free to consume in minibar. This is really a nice place to stay. I plan to book here on personal vacations.

The gym far exceeded my expectations. Possibly the most well equipped hotel gym I have used. The breakfast was tasty and had a good amount of options every morning including juices and coffee. The rooms were nice and clean, Staff were friendly and I felt welcome.

TaiwanI think the toilet equipments of its rooms should be renewed. The bathtub was leaking when I took a shower. The floor was filled with water….the room is 1008. Please fix it as soon as possible. I have stayed in Byotell over 5 times. The first time I stayed was in 2016, however, I found that the hotel facility has been gradually getting old(for sure)…and all decorations are not updated or changed. However, hotel management should take this problem in priority…for guests we need not only a cozy space but also a well-decorated hotel. Overall, I really like your hotel that’s I give my sincere comments.

The hotel is located in the Asian side of Istanbul, a short walk from the nearest metro station. This makes it easy to get around the city, although if you are traveling for city sightseeing, I would recommend staying on the European side, where most of the attractions are located. The rooms are nice and well-equipped, and the breakfast is adequate, but could be improved with more variety.

HungaryFurniture needs some paint here and there but everything was completely functional. The shower cabinet should be reconsidered by design perspective because, though I see why the half door solution can be good, some water on wallpaper makes it looking not so good. The shower itself also can take some maintenance so the head could be stable.
Room was perfect for me. Breakfast was great and plenty. Staff is really nice and everybody understand English. I asked to leave my room during my whole stay and they did accordingly (there are places where they make the room anyway).

EstoniaThis is not a 5-star hotel. Maybe it used to be a long time ago, but now not. Strong 3+. I had a problem with the water supply in the shower on the 12 floor, and the WiFi internet is something that Byotell should improve immediately.
Cozy beds. Great view from the room. Exceptional and helpful staff. Breakfast is also value for the money. The restaurant on the one floor is excellent.
