Everything was good

We were 3 persons (my dad mom and me) for Ramadan holiday. Room and bed size were perfect for three persons. 1. Staff is very friendly. 2. Location is wonderful- restaurants, sultanahmet and other landmarks are walking distance. 180m from tram station. 3. Room was clean and fresh. 4. Breakfast was good for this budget. Omlete and fresh juice is provided for extra money. But it is understandable. 5. There is an elevator available.

Great hotel if you’re on a budget. The budget room is as expected for the price, if not a little better than I initially imagined. Right in the heart of everything touristy, you’re a short walk from the tramway, and within walking distance of basically everything worth seeing in the Sultanahmet area. Would recommend if you just need a clean, private place to sleep and rest in between exploring the city.

The staff were amazing, kind, polite, helpful. Went out of their way to help s d support us. The service, comfort level and cleanliness was superb. We had fresh linen towels, slippers, everything we needed. The food was great and the service excellent. Thank you.

Only one minor thing about the room: the flushing mechanism of the toilet was getting stuck too often, and water was running. The guy at the desk showed me how to fix it, but I think they should contact a good plumber because it was happening too often (and they knew about it already). Breakfast was great and delicious. However, by the end of March 2024, they were charging 3€ extra for fresh orange juice, but at least they let you know in advance, so you can decide if you want it or not (so different from several other businesses in Istanbul, were they tell you nothing and later on aggressively ask you to pay for things that you can't know they weren't included in the price).

Best value for money, great location, close to all the main tourist sites, one block away from the tram, and yet quiet at all times. Very clean! The neighborhood looks a bit 'unsafe' for foreign eyes at first, but it's actually safe to walk around. Supermarket and several good restaurants/cafés by the corner. The staff is very helpful and courteous. It was a lovely stay!

Room size a but crampy, if you are a solo traveler it maybe fine. Breakfast was included but lacked variety. Egg varieties and juices with different fruits should be introduced.

Location is very good, though you may find other similar properties in vicinity. But everything is with in short walk. There is a small departmental store just a minute away. You can buy bread, eggs, fruit vegetables and general grocery at reasonable prices. Lots of street side eateries. Bombay Masala an Indian restaurant, another typical Turkish cuisine with coffee etc are nearby..

The bathroom was a bit worn out, for example the flush wouldn’t work properly and the tap was moving around. No window with natural sunlight but they put a nature decoration outside the window to make up for it. Lights would go off when leaving room so could be immersed in complete darkness.

Great value for money. Excellent choice for first time visit in Istanbul. Most popular locations and entertainment are close. Room has all required facilities. Cleaning every day. Water bottles in the room every day. Staff are professionals and very hospitable.

The hotel is in a bit weird looking side street. Our window was looking on a quite ugly inner yeard. But i was not bothered much about these.

Great value for money. Close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar. Good breakfast. Clean. There was a kettle + coffee and minifridge in the room.

The only thing I would say is the breakfast options. There wasn’t much to choose from and there was fried food in the morning which isn’t always ideal. The eggs and juices come with extra charges which should be Included as part of normal breakfast in my opinion. Eggs are essentials for breakfast in the morning in turkey.

Super clean and nicely decorated. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are really really nice. Overall had a really good experience.

It is located in a very convenient place within walkable distance to major sightseeing in center downtown. hotel staffs are friendly and always willing to help. One of them Mr Ibrahim in particular who helped me on football match ID registration(which clearly is not their work scope) with great patience and efforts. He took his personal time and made a lot of phone calls for me. I really appreciate his help and grateful for it ! It's really a good experience to stay here.
