Spa/pool off property but they did offer a shuttle which made it convenient. Room didn’t have a balcony, but had plenty of viewing platforms

The staff was amazing. Reception and restaurant were so kind and offered incredible recommendations. We have two young boys and they we very accommodating and kind to them. The views from the hotel were also very nice having several platforms to view sunrise/sunset and the balloons.

Great location! Walking distance to town and amazing views to the rocks and the balloons in the morning from the terrace. The rooms are very clean, interesting and quirky built into the caves, and the bed was so comfy! The rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, a fridge with bottled water that is replenished daily. The staff were excellent and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They organised our airport transfers at a very good price and chased them in advance of our departure to ensure we arrived at the airport in good time. Breakfast was continental/ turkish style buffet, offering fried eggs, omelettes and turkish coffee to order.

Probably could do with letting people know of renovations in advance. I booked a room with a view but couldn't avail this option due to renovations being carried out

The room was quite dated especially when it came to electrical plugs however the reception quickly provided an adaptor and a USB plug in so we could charge devices. We would stay in this hotel again if we return to Cappadocia.

We loved the location of this hotel and our room had a fabulous view. The staff were all very friendly especially Yusef who made our late night check-in hilarious. There are lots of steps and was quite a labyrinth to get to our room however that's part of the appeal. We booked a suite and had plenty of space, the living room was very roomy. Perfect for the price of the room.

the staff were nice and helpful from helping with the bags to the rooms (and there were stairs to get to the room). breakfast spread was good and full of fresh salad, fruits, different local varieties of bread etc. and the view from the room was amazing to see the balloons

We love everything about this place, the best views of cappadocia. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Amazing stay! We love this hotel and recommend it as the best place to be when you are in the region. The restaurant had amazing food. We miss the place already. We will be back!

We loved everything, The experience of the caves to the helpfulness of the the staff. Would highly recommend. The Staff were great and helped with the booking of the experiences. I would highly recommend the hot air balloons and the horse riding through the mountains. The room was everything we hoped for and would definitely return.

This hotel is in a beautiful location and setting, we could watch the balloons fly every morning from our bed. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking all around Goreme restaurants and sites. The hotel had many terrace patios with beautiful views over the city. The breakfast was good and the staff at hotel were helpful, kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

There was no shower and bathtub had no curtains nor doors and every time we showered there was a mess on the floor, I had to put 3 towels that ended up all soaked. The hairdryer was so old that barely worked and we found trash from a previous guest on our bathroom. :/

For a five night stay we found the breakfast ball variety a bit repetitive, but this is really the only fault we can think of.

Great location, plenty spaces to enjoy the views of Gerome, friendly and helpful staff. All in all a wonderful hotel.
