The only concern was that there were a lot of cats around and some cat poop, also in the sand box on the playground, which I understood was the first season like this, but we entered into it and had to wash everything twice:(

Friendly and open hosts, wonderful garden, free bikes with children seats and children helmet available, generous breakfast, nice playground, chicken roaming around. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

This is a beautiful property run by a welcoming and very kind family. The breakfasts were nothing short of amazing and we took advantage of ordering very tasty dinners at the hotel a few nights. It was so helpful have access to bikes to explore and our daughter loved all the kitties, chickens and geese nearby.

Great hotel! We really enjoyed! The hosts - Katerina and Durmush gave us a warm and friendly welcome, helped in case of problems (when the child required medical attention in the hospital). Very nice view in the hotel - greenery, clean rooms, playground. And a delicious Turkish breakfast, the kids kept asking for more. There are bikes in the hotel, we rode along the beach and also to the sights. Thank you for our lovely vacations, I hope we will come more times with great pleasure (from Evgeniya, Timur, Sophia and Peter)

No coffee machine for espresso or capuccino. That was the only small thing that I could comment about.

The owners are very nice and kind. Ambient is relaxing and very quiet. The pentions are spacious and with ac which is good for summer. Breakfast is typical turkish with lots of items. Beach is just 10min by walk or 5min by bicycle which is provided also by the owner for free. Its very kids friendlyand they also have a playground enclosed in the pensions area.

Comfortable bungalows situated in a lovely garden. Amazing Turkish breakfast with homemade jams and local produce and served in the open air dining room. Great location about a 5 minute stroll from the beach. They have a fleet of bicycles for every age, including baby seats, you can borrow to ride to the ruins or the chimera trailhead. Run by a kind and helpful family. This is a great property for kids, but I think it would also be nice for adults without kids as well. Çirali is a magical place and I hope we can return to Caretta Caretta sometime!

I liked everything :-)This is a small cozy guesthouse. Run by Durmus, his wife and aided by the parents. The bycicles included in the room rate are really good. You have a good choice. Its a short walk to the beach, a Mini Market is also very close by. With the bike it takes only 3 Minutes to be at the beautiful beach. The owners mother is a great cook. I recommend to eat homecooked dinner there. They have to know until 4 p.m. to calculate and will tell you what's todays menu. There is no pressure at all to eat there which i also liked. Such a warmhearted family. I really recommend this guesthouse. The grandmother makes the best orange marmelade I ever tasted. It is served at breakfast which has been really good. nothing, everything was great.

This is a family run business. You will meet with 3 generations and they have such a positive attitude. Their positive energy just radiates around and make your stay much better. Bungalows are spacious and very clean. Bed is comfortable. You can borrow a bike for free and ride around. The beach is around 5-7 min on foot. Breakfast is tasty too. What makes this place so special is the family that runs the space.

-Staff overall good but few times they forgot what we ordered and we needed to remind them. During breakfast time they were quite busy because everyone arrived at the same time so we had to wait for somethings long. So during rush our, if extra staff worked, that would solve the issue. -Needing to request for dinner in advance around afternoon was a challenge for us. In the holiday mood, it's easy to forget. We needed to mostly eat outside because we forgot inform them in the afternoon about the dinner.

The breakfast was great. Location is close to beach but you still need to walk a bit and under sun it's hard with the baby. So maybe best to consider a bike or car. The owners were really nice, polite and helpful. They asked if we needed anything all the time. The facility is really good. Nice trees, chickens and hammocks, you can really enjoy them. The bikes were free and they have child seats. So it's great activity as well. The price was good for the value. Eventually, it was a great vacation.

The bungalow seemed small for 3 people but only for the 1st day. We got used to the limitted space in the following days.

Location is great, within walking distance from the beach, a store, a good restaurant and traveling agency. Breakfast was great, tasty and varied. Beach was great, clean and quiet. Service was great, we were helped in organizing a daytrip with the boat and covid test. Took one of the kids bikes to the village a couple of times. It was so quiet that a hedgehog came to "our lawn" every evening, and it wasn't affraid of us. The playground was big and spacious. Faucet at the property entrance can be used to clean the sand and pebles from the feet before entering the bungalow. Pleased with the outside hammock for each bungalow. Great to be used in the evenings as the stars can be clearly seen.

It’s a really fantastic place for calm rest at the seacoast. Territory very clean and well planted. Hotel is placed at the quite part of Çirali but just within walking distance from the beach and about 20 minutes walking distance from the center (the bridge). Bicycles are provided for those who do not like to walk )). It was so cool to live in wooden bungalow and relaxed in hammock after dinner with book. There’re very good and tasty breakfasts. And of course a wonderful atmosphere of care and hospitality. Many thanks to Katerina and Durmus for a wonderful stay!!! I think I’ll come back someday. P.S.: The farewell waffle with chocolate and banana was yummy 😋

Everything perfect

Durmas and Kateryna are the best host ever I have met in my life, have been around the world but none like them, they really care about you and nothing was missing. The hotel location was perfect, you walk 4 min away and you can see the supermarket and the restaurant which is close by the beach. On the beach you have sunbeds from the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and the bungalow so clean and especially the new big bathroom. Caretta is the place to be in Cirali and have a nice trip :)

It is a cosy pension with sweet bungalows run by a very kind family. Rooms are very clean and large with a small porch in the front which is a nice place to rest. The facilty also provides free and decent bikes for use during the stay. The breakfast is great with local tastes. There are few but sufficient and tasteful options for dinner.

I planned to stay in Çıralı for a couple of days, but both the village and the pension appeared to be so magic that I stayed for more than one month eventually. And couldn't get enough! It's always a dilemma to write reviews about such stays, because you risk to never check back in if everyone discovers how cool they are. But I must! The best thing is that I was accepted not like a guest, but rather like a family member, and I felt so. I think that the high Booking rank of Caretta Caretta is due to Durmuş and Katya's attitude to everything from check-in to check-out and ever after. The breakfasts and dinners are family cooked, and are absolutely adorable! Oranges, lemons, avocados are just droppin' into your plate from the garden. So do the chicken eggs, herbs and veggies. Çıralı is all about chicken and cocks who run everywhere, creating a truly village vibe. The pension is not very big, just several bungalows with a neat blossoming garden, so it's all cosy-cosy. The beds are very comfortable, and you never suffer of sun on the terrace. There's also a big canteen which serves as a public chit-chat place. Caretta Caretta is close to the beach and the Zakkum market, all reachable within a short walking distance. The SUP and kayak rentals is just to the left of the market. Durmuş also rents out bikes (Eco Ride): you can get both city and mountain versions. I prefer the former: they are quality Italian models and have been my smoothest ride ever along the pine-tree alleys of the village. I am not writing much about Çıralı itself here: the place is a fairytale for connoisseurs, and hopefully will stay so for ages to come. Just one thing: if you have time, ask Durmuş to teach you to play Backgammon, and you will never regret! Thank you Durmuş, Katya, Teslime, Abdula and Ayza — you made my 2021!
