I am not used to being yelled at by the lady who mops the floor in the pool area. I have been there many times and all over Turkey and never heard that men have to wear a swim cap. I have short hair. My beard is longer than my hair. Now I understand that it is a rule and I won't break it. But they should find a better way to treat their customers!!!! I'm not sure why they let people sit in their private parking lot with the car radio turned up very loud for long periods in the middle of the night. I would think that they would not allow this. It ruined my sleep one night.

We stay here often. We like it a lot. This time we got a room on the front corner of the hotel. It was one of the best sunsets we have ever seen. Very beautiful. Food is always very good. Location so good. We love to take the water ferry over to the islands. Lots of shopping very near. Bus, taxi, metro all nearby.

Bar at the hotel was closed since 2018 , no wine available with your meals.

Lighting was dark, hotels located in an area, which wasn’t convenient to visit the touristic sites. erratic temperature coming out from the shower.

only the top 2 floors were non-smoking, the lower 2 floors allowed smoking in the rooms and the smell was noticeable everywhere. Not too bad, but it was there. This could be something cultural though, a lot of Turkish people seem to smoke.

the cleaning staff didnt place all the items in room (water, toothbrush,bathrobe), you have to request it.

Very Clean ,facility is excellent ,breakfast is delicious and various choices every day ,good view ,replenishment of the tools such as slippers ,drinking water,soap ….etc is timely and daily ,staff are so friendly especially staff Fateh at the resturant ,he goes for an extra mile to serve the customers and exceed their satisfaction .

No a/c. Had to sleep with balcony open and because it was raining, lots of barking heard all night. Couldn’t sleep because of all the noise outside plus it was hot despite the temperature outside since there was little breeze. If they had a fan, that would have helped.

The hotel is a little old, if the renovation is done, the quality of the hotel will be higher, the air supply system is problematic

Although our room was a sea view room but it has a big column in the middle of the room!! During our stay there were a couple of weddings ceremonies in hotel and maybe because of this, the room service has some delays in every request. Breakfast was good but it lacks some items for a five star hotel.

Beautiful location and an amazing view but a bit far from local restaurants and cafes. Very good SPA services.

Airconditioning on the rooftop of the hotel makes more noise than necessary . I think it’s high time for a thorough check. You can hear the noise from the unit on the rooftop in the rooms as well

The only thing I would point out is the tobacco smell in the room. We didnt mention this to the hotel and we could have changed room but since we had unpacked and didnt spend that much time in the room we were ok.

The hotel staff were amazing :) A large group stayed in this hotel for a wedding, so along with the hotel we organized a Gala dinner for 50 guests. The dinner was perfect, we had a large private area for us with a balcony as well, music system and a great team of servers. The food was amazing and definitely worth the price - several dishes were served and all were delicious. Besides the great experience on the dinner the whole process of organizing it with Canan from Cehavir was great, loads of communication and she was always helpful with any requests especially last minute ones. Also the room is quite big with loads of space. In terms of location you are about 10min walking for loads of restaurants and cafes.
