Amazing stay in the heart of Alanya! I had a wonderful experience at Heritage by Cimen Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Alanya, just a short walk from everything you might need. The hotel has been recently renovated, and it truly shows – everything is modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The furniture is new and tasteful, giving the whole place a fresh and elegant vibe. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the room – it made every morning feel special. The food was delicious, with a good variety and fresh ingredients. The beach right in front of the hotel is ideal – soft golden sand, calm and clear water, and an easy, comfortable entrance into the sea. Special thanks to the staff – everyone was extremely polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality really made our vacation even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent with a direct unobstructed sea view. The entire staff was truly exceptional with genuine desire to extend elevated and enjoyable guest experience. Ensar and Julia were always engaging, smiling, helpful, and courteous. They consistently demonstrated welcoming, caring, and responsive attitude during our entire stay. The variety of breakfast items was generous and decent. Chef Yusuf really exhibited an elevated level of culinary uniqueness with exquisite menu selections and awesome presentation! The caliber of the entire staff and careful care and attention to detail reflected the management team’s thorough and broad understanding of hospitality and the value of elevated customer experience.

We were in Cimen hotel in September. Although we didn't have high expectations, I can honestly say that the hotel overall excided our expectations. Before we booked, I red a lot of bad comments, however we decided to book and I can honestly tell you that non of the bad comments are true! The hotel is great, clean, the location is perfect, the food is various and good, and it honestly has the best beach part from all the parts in this area. The stuff was amazing, especially the ones working in the beach area, I have to mention Faruk, Rasim, Ali, Apo and Supi, who made our stay even better, and we for sure will come back again mostly because of the great treatment we got from the them and who made our stay even better with their hospitality and we are very thankful to them for everything! Very honest recommendation for this hotel!

If you get the rooms facing the 2 restaurant/ pub, they are blasting loud music till 1am as per Turkish rule. The noise was unbearable. Luckily, they switched the room for me to the other side of quiet street the 2nd night. Buffet Dinner is plentiful, however is not the tastiest food, lot of veggies for those who are health conscious.

Nice and clean, well run hotel with great staffs. Located at the center of Alanya, across from portakal beach. Plentiful breakfast, daily housekeeping, helpful front staffs, etc.

Very noisy environment. Extremely loud music in a bar nearby well into the night. Obviously not the staff fault, but still affects attractiveness of the place.

Very subjective, but mattress was uncomfortable for me. I got only two small bottles of water once at the check-in day and not every day as it usually common everywhere else in hospitality based on my travel experience. The sea-view wasn’t exactly on the sea. However, I could see the sea from the side of my balcony. Overall I think my “sea-view” room was a bit overpriced which was probably due to Bayram days. Nice beautiful beach Cleopatra is 10 min away driving. As far as I understood the cost of sun beds on the beach across the road isn’t fixed. They can announce you any price any day but with the ticket issued by the hotel you can get a discount of 50% for the sun beds and umbrella.

Good wi-fi connection, hot water, amazing water pressure, new towels most of the time, the fridge and AC worked as intended. The breakfast in the hotel is decent compared to what’s served in the places around.

There was nothing I didn't like. I would only say the rooms with full sea view their is noise from the road. However this did not affect our stay. or use of the balcony.

The Location is excellent 15 minute walk via the beach or costal road into Alanya Centrum, or The Marina / Harbour The Sea and Beach are across the road and access to multiple restaurants, The rooms were comfortable most rooms do have a sea view.or part sea / mountain view.with a generous balcony The rooms are spotless and all the staff are friendly and really accommodating. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend and stay at the Cimen hotel again.

There is no minibar; at least you can put couple of soft drinks and alcohol.And view room is loudy;room on the side is a bit dark.And for rooms ; you can pot sparkling water ; wine opener or beer opener.

I feel like ; we are staying family hotel and we know them for a long time; workers are friendly and interested; location is great; it wasn t so quite because; that s on the way; you can cross way and swim.That's not 5 star hotel; but this was enough to meet our expecttions

To include more options for vegetarians and people who don't eat meat due to different reason . Also it would be nice to make open buffet more frequent since there is always some communicational problem while ordering food .

It was a nice experience in the heart of the city with good view . the room was well-equipped and the food was ok . It worth the money ,thanks to Booking.com for providing such chance to enjoy even more . The staff were friendly somehow they insisting feeding you the way which was a bit too pushy maybe that is part of the hospitality in Turkey . The rest was fine .
