Location was excellent for my needs.Room was very good as well

Noise from other adjacent units and noise from flushing of toilets from other units as well

Not much positive. The whole chain is a scam and trying to be something it is not

AVOID. Nothing good about this place or worth spending any money on. Staff are rude and blatantly laugh at concerns. No idea how to deal with customers and only speak Turkish which is fine but they claim to speak other languages. Hung up the phone to booking.come when trying to resolve, shows their professionalism. The senior management were just as dismissive. Room door itself doesn’t fit within the frame nor terrace door lock. Offered another room only after escalating twice and expected to wait a day despite having an empty room next to mine. The your staff made me so uncomfortable it’s not an option. I wouldnt stay there if I was paid to. They are a chain of scammers that make money from theft and falsely advertising the rooms. Very bad impression to İstanbul and left as soon as I could within 12 hours. Thankfully most other hotels are not like this. Do not book

Nothing at all very dirty and there was leakage everywhere

Everything about the apartment was crap very dirty the bathroom you can only use one at a time even tho there is two

It was a really big room! The adult bed was very comfortable! Location is great - good restaurants near the hotel and 5 minutes by foot to the Metro station

So first impression - the floor looks dirty - it was clean, but it looks like it is not. The light inside the room was partly working, it was impossible to have a dinner with a good light. There was no hot water, only little bit warm; we asked from reception to make it better, but it was never hot, just more warm. The heating (we have been in end of Nov beginning of Dec) was missing. Even Air Condition was impossible to use for the heating. The ceiling on the second floor is very low. And on the beginning Hotel tried to charge me extra money for my children!

Good , big room

The heating in the room was on and made it unbearably hot. When I asked the staff to turn it off, they said it was impossible and suggested using the air conditioner, which unfortunately wasn’t working. On top of that, during the night, waste was being dumped onto the street outside, causing a lot of noise and a terrible smell. Because of the heat from the heating system, it was impossible to close the window. Overall, it was a very unpleasant night.

located close to Acibadem University in the business district;

far to the international airport (nearly 2hours by public transport) and the old city; room cleaning (which was very loud) was done in the middle of the night; cleaning staff knocked on my door at 11 pm, answering only in Turkish which was very scary

There was no air conditioner at the bedroom! The rooms were smaller than shown in the pics! The terrace door wouldn't close! Asked for iron and extra blankets didn't get any until the next day!

I was close to my interest point

Not clean, broken dor, jacuzzi was dirty, bathroom was dirty, elevator stopped working in the last day, I was at the last floor 6'th

Price is responsible, location is close to what I cane for.

All rooms need maintenance. Some with air-conditioned, or lights, or stairs, or curtains. Hotel staff in a tourist city MUST speak English. Noisy, and you can even smell cigarettes from outside or other rooms.

Everything, reception was very helpful and kind, place was amazing specially the room with the jacuzzi

Jacuzzi was a bit small , there was no key available to the room so had to take someone from reception with me to open the door .
