Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Poland- A warning for English speakers (or more specifically, those who don't speak Russian) - while most of the staff would know English, most of the entertainment targets Russian-speaking audience, and 95% of guests would be Russian speakers. - Another thing everyone needs to take into account is poor sound-proofing. I consider myself a light sleeper, so it was hard to fall asleep before 11pm as most of the shows in the hotel (and nearby hotels) end around that time, and they're quite loud. You can also quite easily hear what's happening outside your room, so noisy neighbours could be a bit of a problem early in the morning or late in the evening.
My second stay here, and it did not disappoint. - I really should start with people. All staff members are stars, friendly, smiling and ready to assist. The animation team is not intrusive, and are generally fun people. A special thanks goes to Mario, a manager at the hotel, who not only lit up the shows every night, but was also very friendly and chatty, and made everyone feel welcome. - The location itself is nice and beautiful, 1.5h away from Antalya airport by car, and about 30 mins to Alanya. There's a grocery store and a market less than 15 mins on foot from the hotel. The closest city (Avsallar) is also accessible within 30 mins of walk. The beach is clean, the sea was mostly calm during my stay. It wasn't peak season, so it was easy to find lounges on the beach in the morning. For looks itself the hotel deserves 5 stars: green grassy lawns, ivy, trees and flowers, a small zoo and colourful houses - all of them just make you want to stay there and enjoy the views. - The food is nice, and there's a variety to choose from. While it's not a place for foodies, it was very easy to have diverse meals 3 times a day, both at the restaurant and at the beach bar. - All in all, this is definitely a place one would want to go back to for the pleasant atmosphere, enjoying the sun and the sea, and catchups with friends. And it shows as many people, like myself and my friend, choose to go back here year after year.

PolandThere's the same melody playing at the restaurant. I am okay with classic music and compositions. But it's always good to improve and change musical experience
The hotel room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a nice view on the sea. Personal was pleasant and helpful to any requests. WiFi connection is available on all the territory and is stable

NorwayThe sand beach was quite dirty, cleanliness of many public areas (sand beach, wooden pavements, beach restaurant tables, etc.) was not very good. Plates and cutleries in the main restaurant were often not properly washed. Toilet flushing system in the room did not work properly. Room towels were old and worn-out, some of them had stains.
Very friendly front desk employees, good location by the sea, very comfortable double bed in a superior single room. Great view from the room, very clean inside. TV, fridge, air conditioner, electric kettle worked great.

AzerbaijanThere must be a big tennis court, but it was used for parking.
Perfect beach - only this could be a reason to stay at this hotel. Excellent service on reception since our arrival. Rooms are not new, but very clean - staff cleaned them every day. Rich cultural programme for kids and adults. Our 6 kids in all age groups were happy. Water park worked twice a day, but rest of time kids spent in swim pools or at the sea. Small kids adored a small zoo at the territory of hotel.

Czech RepublicQueues for everything. Absolutely disgraceful beer handling – they pour it from glass to glass when it foams too much, it's poorly chilled, and often served in hot glasses. You usually get around 0.2 l of beer in your glass, and if they decide to serve it in a smaller one, you get even less. In the evening, you're allowed to take only two beers per person at the bar, but the queue takes at least 20 minutes – so if you queue again immediately, it takes you nearly an hour to get two full half-liter beers. The wine? Completely undrinkable. It’s obvious they’re cutting costs wherever they can. Meat at dinner is deliberately cooked slowly and in small batches so that long queues form. There’s not enough seating in the restaurant, and the organization is poor. In the evening, the bar staff often argue with guests about alcohol. The bar staff is unpleasant – elsewhere in the hotel it's a bit better. The only real plus: there’s a shop right next to the hotel run by a local Turkish guy – a nice man, and you can buy good wine there. Ironically, the biggest advantage of this all-inclusive hotel is that no one stops you from buying alcohol elsewhere. There’s also a small mini zoo with rabbits, budgies, and other animals – which sounds nice, but I have mixed feelings. The animals have very little space, and the zoo is right on a busy hotel walkway, so people constantly shine their phone lights at them. I doubt the animals are doing well there. Objectively, it’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but it’s by far the one where you feel the most that they’re trying to save money on absolutely everything – even at the cost of guest satisfaction. And worst of all – I wasn’t even this angry and disappointed when I had to sleep in a hotel where it was 10 °C, there was no hot water, and no one had touched it since the Soviet Union.

BelgiumThere are lizards, spiders and cockroaches everywhere. Furniters are outdated. Everything is old and they don’t function well. I saw a big lizard in front of the doors. There were spiders in our hotel room. Don’t leave your window open, a cat may sleep in your bed. Air conditioner doesn’t work in Room 3008. They serve the same food and desserts every day. The worst desserts in the world. All of them taste like plastic. Food quality is too low. I probably ate the worst foods in this hotel. Menu looks rich but nothing is good. If you can find 1-2 average food in every meal, you’re lucky. This hotel is only for Russians. If you have European, American or Turkish background, you’ll be bored. Everything was made to please middle-class Russians. Hotel management is horrible. We asked for a favor to check out 1 hour late and they asked to charge us for 10 American dollar. If you like low quality and insects, you can gladly visit this hotel.
Snack bar was good. Sea and pool are ok.

United Kingdomthe hotel is really old and outdated in terms of furnishing. However, it is kept clean to his best ability. The bathroom the shower and the sink needs an upgrade as soon as possible. The beds weren’t too bad but the noises from next door could be heard in the bathroom in your room. we had ants in our bedroom which took all over the room. Luckily our stay was only for four days. The towels and the sheets were changed every other day and it did have stains on it. The hotels rooms were scattered across their land and were all three floor houses with the bedrooms located. Unfortunately no lifts were available and you would have to walk up and down the stairs. The food was not great and it did not have much variety. We were food poisoned and had to be hospitalised and therefore I would avoid poultry and dairy.
There is a mini supermarket within the hotel and a small zoo of caged animals, such as hens, turkeys and birds and rabbits, ducks etc.

United KingdomFood was repetitive every other day. Although hygiene was in place, the presentation (no foods were kept cool for example ın fridge etc) combined with the heat was not good enough to keep the food fresh. Unfortunately my whole family (x3 rooms) was food poisined and had to visit the hospital.
Location and private beach was a bonus. Anımals in cages were great for children to view
