There was a lot of noise coming from the street. Because the room was looking towards the main HVAC units.

The breakfast was good. Everyday you choose from a list and they deliver to your room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good.

There is a strong tobacco smell in the apartment. It should be noted that a lot of people in Turkey are smokers; they do it everywhere, including cafes and hotels.

Very helpful staff at the hotel. We have rented a Twin Suite room — a spacious and convenient apartment. Cooking facilities are very good. It was not cold in the apartments due to proper heating. There is a small parking lot at the hotel, which is very useful in this city.

The walls are quite thin; one night, I could clearly hear my neighbours celebrating loudly from 2 AM until 3:30 AM. Fortunately, this was a one-time occurrence.

Toiletries were not given. The breakfast had limited options. The location is on the main street therefore, it is very noisy.

It was a huge apartment. Very clean and spacious. The bathroom was well maintained. They had amenities such as washing machine and it was very useful… the breakfast is served in the room… the staff were really helpful. They guided us to navigate the city tour of iZMir…

The location was not very good, to much noise, so you have to choose a room with back view. Also since there is a landry machine is good to offer also a dryer, since if you need to wash smth you can't dry it.

The room was so big and clean. The service was good and the people very friendly and polite. There was a free parking, In the room was a laundry machine, a sofa bed, a table with chairs, office table, tv and everything you need. For the breakfast you choose what you want and the bring the breakfast at your room. Good for families!

- As mentioned above, the other room we got was really uncomfortable. For for half our family, the stay was a 9/10 but for the other, it was like a 6/10. - The WiFi is not good AT ALL. We didn't get any connectivity in the room. We had to all weirdly stand at the main door to get decent connectivity. - The location isn't the best. Konak is a nice area of Izmir but the street that this hotel is on is quite shady. There's a lot of sus people walking around at night.

- We booked the family suite, which is 2 rooms that open into each other. One of the rooms was excellent. Very comfortable beds, AC and a big living space. The other one however, wasn't as good. It had a sagging bed and the AC didn't work which was awful in the harsh Izmir heat. - Great housekeeping! Our rooms were cleaned everyday, the linen was changed on a daily basis and water was replaced for free. - The breakfast system is very cool and seamless. You choose items on a sheet and it gets delivered hot and ready to your room in the morning at the time you've said. There weren't tons of options but it was still good.

Apartment was very good and necessary things were available except the washing machine and iron and ironing board. This is not a complaint, it is a suggestion.

Overall all services good, all employee receptionist to house keeper helpful and good behavior and supportive. Break fast was very good the presentation and items was satisfying. Good location too easily can find restaurant, bank, taxis etc.

The location was a bit far away from the main Izmir center but it made for great walk.

The neighborhood was quite scetchy, but a short walk and the streets got nicer. The location was the only problem and obviousy the hotel cannot change that.
