We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesThis hotel is not 5* it’s 3* at best. The wood in the bedrooms is rotting, the aircon in the central areas is terrible, the food is average. The gym is tiny and lots of things are broken and there is no mini golf. Whilst then resturant and bar staff are lovely, the reception and guest relations staff are unhelpful.

United KingdomThe bar staff were rude and quite arrogant in the way they spoke to guests. The cleaners were the nicest people there!! No atmosphere felt abit flat and entertainment wasn’t great sadly repetitive same thing most evenings
Lovely and clean lots of sun beds , spacious rooms, nice big pools that were very cold tho ! Plenty of good choice and plenty of food places.

United Kingdoma couple of things could do with improving and if these were spot on, I would have given a 10. the gym lacked equipment, mainly dumbbells (not many) and the ac in the room didn’t work. even though we went in October, it was too warm to get a good night sleep without the ac, however everything else was so good that over all a good experience
food was amazing (never ending) and the facilities were brilliant. kids loved the deserts and the variety available in all the different restaurants and the night snacks (burgers 😬) at the snack bar near the pool. pools were awesome although the weather unfortunately meant the slides weren’t always operating. the arcade inside the hotel has 2 10 pin bowling lanes with a large variety of games and pool tables. (not included in the price) staff were great, especially the 2 guys working in the arcade!!! a credit to the hotel, not to forget the cleaning ladies who always made an extra effort to be nice and friendly.

Iraq1.aqua park is good but some of slides( for adult) are dangerous especially wich used by the boat it flipped me out twice. 2.DJ man does not know anything about Arab music and does not want to hear or develop himself at all.
1. the staff all staff especially Mr.Fatih(guest relations manager) how help me many times . Also all regards to inertainment team ;Erdam,yaseen,atakan and tanya. 2.food is every where and every time and every kind you want. 3.nice beach and beach bar. 4.good activities.
