To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI am staying in this hotel since 2020 and recommended few friends, now rooms need to update also reception and sitting area need to redecorate, reception sitting area is very nice and big. also need new credit card machine, because guest can pay by apple pay. In this era most of the guest use Apple pay. please get new credit card machine.
Breakfast timings are 7.30 to 10.30am but after 9.30am if any item finished then nobody bother to fill up. for example Chai (Turkish Tea) finish so we can't have if eggs finish then we have to request to get. but te and coffee finish then finish and staff always in hurry to clean up the table. Location is very good rooms are nice but now need to update the rooms.

IrelandWe had to pay to get fresh pressed orange juice (150 TL). Air conditionning could be a little bit more powerful.
Amazing location, just at the heart of Istambul and few minutes walk to the SultanAhmed place. We had a great view of the Sultan Ahmed Mosque (Blue Mosque) and the Aythan Sophia mosque. Plenty of restaurants, shops and place to visit from there. The morning breakfast buffet was just a festin in itself. The Staff was very helpful from the hotel front door ( Mr Adnan particulary) to the restaurant helpded us for everything we needed.
