Friendly staff especially Nilay, very cooperative during the checkout they didn’t obligate us to leave our room at 12! Which most the of the hotels do, a good location close to zorlu shopping center

It was very outdated, maybe needs to upgrade but I guess you pay for the what you get

All I can say is the front of desk staff Cansu, lovely lady. You should be proud to have her as a staff member. She helped me everyday with all my needs and always had a smile on her face. The hotel itself wasn’t the greatest but she definitely made me feel like I should come back due to her professionalism

I thought the bed was slightly small..not quite a double and not quite a single.

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious enough for one person. All the toiletries were there, and a few bottles of water were supplied. Staff were very accomodating and helpful with questions.

For the 5star hotel, it wasn’t really clean . Shower head in my room was broken so it was constantly rotating when I took shower .At check-in they gave me the smoking room without asking which smelled really bad, I asked to gave me the non-smoking room but room still smelled and I had to keep spraying or turn off the aircon to slightly get rid of the smell. You have to wait so long for the lift.I stayed at level 7 taking stairs could be faster than waiting for the lift. It’s not close to train station or any tourist areas. Overall it didn’t meet my expectations for 5 star hotel.

The room floor was sticky and quite dirty. It did not get properly cleaned even after we warned the hotel staff. Although the hotel was at a central location, it was still a bit distant to the main transport options such as the metro and Metrobus.

The hotel is in a nice location, and the reception was available 24/7. The room had a nice city view and was cleaned daily. The food from the room service was good enough.

My room was old, which is not bad per se but when one of the windows closes to a level that you hear the noise of the street like it is opened, it makes bad impression. Also the bathroom had mold.

1) Poor English communication except one guy at reception at check out. 2) a letter was in my room which said “welcome and please use the gift token enclosed by informing reception” however no gift token was enclosed! Just a letter. Naturally, I enquirer at reception. Reception said we do not have a gift token? Yes…so it is still a mystery. 3) Requested a taxi at 13:30 from the hotel after breakfast. No taxi was prepared. Just two hotel staff trying to hail street cabs. Which meant 13:50 when we left.

Location. Our purpose was just one night before a cruise. It took just 15 mins to the cruise port.

Building is getting old. Some lifts stop from time to time causing times of waiting on floors and on ground floor. Make sure you ask a room from renovated rooms if you dont want a time travel to 80s in an tiny old room.

everything was good, room location was good too and easy to excess. lift sometimes takes time but overall was good. staff were very cooperative and easy to excess. hotel location was also good and everything including shopping, food, super market were as walking distance

Location is far away from public transport. Breakfast is not included in your stay unless you specify that, otherwise it is expensive.

There is a school behind the hotel so if you would like to get up not too early in the morning i recommend higher floor

The staff is the best in the hotel, kader and Nilay were very helpful and polite Also the breakfast was very good The location is good as well you can go to main attractions by short trip

bath wasn‘t cleaned good. bath was leaky, we called the reception and they told us that somebody will come to the room - nobody came. But when I went to the reception it wasn‘t a big deal to change the room.

staff was super friendly and especially one older man at the reception was so helpful and recommended several hot spots

The rooms was small, I was able hear the movement from above rooms and bathroom was not perfect.

The staff was very helpful, Metro can be very useful due to the location, restaurant, Cafe and pharmacy was around the hotel.
