Saudi ArabiaThe room wasn’t clean very well actually. I asked to open the A/C nobody came to open it. we asked for heater , coffee and tea to be served in the room! The timing of the meals are very specific, during eating they will close and take everything!

Swedenthe lighting in the room was really poor basically you have to have a make up mirror with you. And there was no big mirror so you can’t really see "your whole look". Unfortunately some of the staff are not paying attention to you, for example you can pass the reception without getting a "hi". The cleaning "system" wasn’t as usual hotels, you don’t have a "don’t disturb / clean my room sign". They basically come and knock and ask and if your not there they just enter the room and clean it. Personally we don’t prefer that, we think about the environment and don’t think that it’s necessary to get new towels everyday. A big minus is sometimes it’s really hard to get a taxi, the staff in the receptions offers you their own transfer However they will charge you 40-50% more. If you like music this hotel isn’t for you, they don’t play any music at the bars or pool / beach area.
The location was good, a lote of sunbeds and places to sit and relax one at the beach and pool area. The rooms was fresh but a bit small. The spa staff especially Savas was were polite and helpful. They had good massages.

KuwaitThey give me room infront of the elevator and is was very noisy from the bar down stairs in the bar and noise of the people come from the elevators I was ordering water from house keeping they tell me its self service im the one who should go for the bar to take! I tell them to change my room and they dont accept my request The cover sheet was very light and when they bring blanket it was short ! I won’t reserve again and don’t recommend for anyone

BahrainThe staff do not talk english it's difficult to communicate with the reception. I booked 2 rooms for the family. The first room given to us was very dark with a very small window which is blocked by a wall. The second room was very small and dark as well no space to move. i would like to thank the reception manager she managed to provide us with other rooms on the second night which were bigger and with a balcony however, the air condition in one of the rooms was not cooling. They sent maintenance many times to fix it but again it was never fixed. Room facilities are old and needs changing.
The hotel overall was very nice with a very good location 7 minutes drive to Yalikavak port. This is one of the best hotels for families with young kids in Yalikavak with kids waterslides, sea slides and trampoline. It has its own sand beach which is difficult to find as all other beaches are rocky. I took a full board which included a buffet for all meals and snacks. The food was really good and different options everyday. I liked the hotel overall the view was breathtaking.

Spain-they ran out of water with gas for a few days. We had to buy some from a nearby market (although it was all inclusive I had to bring water with gas myself) -then they ran out of Ayran (yogurt drink) for a day or two -food was mediocre for Turkish hotels, the variety was ok but taste was not at the level I would expect. -kids club did not have activities, they take care of kids but that’s all. My daughter went only once and got bored quickly. -our room did not have proper wifi reception. We informed them and they said it burned. Their technical team said it could not be fixed (a range extender should be less than 20€ to buy and plug somewhere) -I had informed them that we would have business calls while on vacation before we arrived. They offered to change our room with a smaller one with wifi reception (some rooms are small with no space when there is an extra bed for a child) -I have seen a manager at least twice scolding some waiter in the restaurant -even the minor things (like a restroom in the beach did not have soap dispenser, the motion operated automatic lights in the restrooms were adjusted so short that you could not finish peeing before it went dark) were not detected by hotel operations -there were COVID measures announcements around. Elevator usage was regulated but nobody (including personnel) obeyed. Masks were not obliged (for guests) -the last one may not affect everybody as it is an optional service but can tell you about how much hotel takes responsibility for customer satisfaction. There was a water sports booth on the beach of the hotel. It was rented to a nearby water sports company by the hotel. I bought 5 sessions of water ski and on the last day (knowing that we were checking out that day) the water ski company said we did longer than planned sessions on previous days and the 5th session would be extra. I informed guest relations of the hotel.
New and nice rooms well above standards. Our room had nice sea view. Clean. Very close to Yalikavak which is a lively town with nice shopping areas. Walking distance but the road is not nice with poor sidewalks and hills on the first km. The sea is nice (though a little wavy in the afternoon) there’s are rafts with slide. Makes it fun. Once some guys started playing music on the beach with their Bluetooth speaker. A personnel came an warned them before other guests had to. Personnel almost always wore masks
