The hotel has a lot of maintenance issues that could easily be fixed, the cleanliness level is low/non existent, housekeeping make the bed and throw some towels in, it appears that nothing has been dusted for years, it's a dusty city! Linens/towels are very old and well worn.

The location is great, you can easily walk everywhere and the staff were very nice and helpful, and always available.

We had a great sleep. It didn't wake us up. But little feedback to hotel. The noise from walking from room above was very evident in the morning.It seems the structure of the ceiling is very thin. It's just when we woke up then we could hear a lot of walking from above. But all good.

Good mattress, warm room, shower with strong flow of water. We loved the impressive decorations around the hotel and in the room. Ali the host was very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Also the location is great as it's in the heart of the city.

We stayed at 402 room and there’s a water leak on the bathroom, so after every shower the bathroom was flooded.

Excellent location, walkable distance to most major Istanbul attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Topkapi palace, Spice bazar, Bosphorus straight, plenty of eateries, souvenir and sweet shops. Excellent staff, specially Mr. Ali in the reception was there to solve all your problems most efficiently. Overall my choice will be to book this hotel if I visit Istanbul again.

The noise was unbearable at night, the walls were so thin you could hear everything from inside and outside de hotel. The hotel decided to completely refurbished the entrance door starting in the late afternoon and you could hear the work downstairs at 12:30am. Please schedule any building work during more sociable hours in the future.

Location was great, staff was very nice and the facilities were superb. Breakfast was very good as well!

We got upgraded to the suite, and it was nice but the bathtub bubbles didn't work and the bathroom in general needs some maintenance!

We didn't have coverlets/blankets in one of the rooms. When we asked for, they provided us just one with no sheet to go with it. It was not cold so we had luck but that is not okay. The sheets which were present had a few stains and holes in the them. The pictures are way too proccessed so it is not exactly what you get but that is fine if you are not after luxurious experience.

The rooms were okay, the location is superb, the breakfast is very good.

Grate location!Walking distance to,Haga Sofia,Blue Mosque,Boat trips…. A lot of restaurants and friendly people. Receptionists very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and man who serves it was the best. Superb character!!!

The online profile of the hotel (like most in the area) is misleading. Pictures imply spacious and luxurious interiors, and the hotel is classed as 4*. Actually it's a cheap and cheerful small hotel, slightly dated and with slightly dated faux luxurious decorations, a buffet breakfast but no other food, and uncertain spa facilities (we were given no information about them and couldn't find directions to them!) Rooms are small but comfortable. This is a nice hotel with great staff in a brilliant location, but it's not the luxury hotel the pictures and online description imply
