Jacuzzi wasn’t clean properly. Also, sometimes it was quite noisy being on a main road.

I loved the location. All major attractions and restaurants are nearby. Moreover, the views from rooftop are amazing.

roada outside hotel is under construction, they are blocked so not possible to park near hotel. the alley ways are hard to navigate if you choose to self drive. we booked 2 rooms separately, not possible to stay in same room, had to move, also not possible to negotiate late checkout, must be gone by 11am.

Absolutely great location on top of the Göreme hill with nice view to the valley. Viewing terrace with a bar is great place for balloon-spotting. Hotel staff is very nice and very helpful, ready to fulfil any of your wish. Breakfasts are very rich and high quality. There is no restaurant but downtown is 10 min walking distance with good selection.

Location is at the hilltop with great views from rooftop terrace. Very close to great restaurants, shops and other key facilities. Breakfast is good, staff is helpful.

The place was very spacious and clean. It was perfect for our honeymoon, very romantic and aesthetic. We enjoyed it, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

The ceiling sometimes produces debris from the stones and rocks, falling on the bed.

The location especially the rooftop bar is superb! Walking distance to the city center. The breakfast is nice, and you get to see hot air balloons floating from the dining room making it a breakfast with a view 👍🏻

The heat was a little hard to control. We turned the radiators off as we hail from colder climate but even when we turned them completely off, they were still putting off a significant amount of heat so we just cracked the windows open.

Breakfast was amazing, staff was very accommodating and attentive, the rooms were very spacious. Beds were firm and large. The tub in the room was AMAZING, just takes a long time to fill as the water did not run super fast. Shower was great as well, the temperature was a bit testy though. Had to find the sweet spot but this is normal for the majority of these hotels. The location is spectacular and the view is one of the best in Goreme. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn't do our research properly and didn't realise that the balloon flight would be cancelled due to the weather being slightly off , so please don't do the same mistake of traveling all the way to Capadoccia and not see the balloons, check the weather and check the time of the year (off season was super quiet)

The Hotel Divan Cave House in Cappadocia exceeded all of our expectations. the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine desire to make our stay memorable. However, it was Eliz, one of the staff members, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. Eliz's attention to detail and personalized service made us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay. She took the time to understand our preferences and provided us with excellent recommendations for activities and dining options in the area. Her knowledge of the local attractions and willingness to assist with any request made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Moreover, Eliz's genuine kindness and warmth made us feel like we were staying with a close friend rather than at a hotel. Really our only complaint is that in our room the WiFi was not very good.

We stayed in one of the honeymoon suites and it was amazing. No complaints at all about the room, it was clean and had everything we needed and the hot tub was great after long days of activities in Cappadocia. Hotel staff were great, very friendly and helpful with any Qs and also helped us to book some tours in the area (Green Tour with the hotels travel agency which was also great). There is a very good breakfast in the hotel, very nice and friendly guys working there too. It is a mixture of a buffet style with the usual things you might find in Turkey as well as they will cook some eggs to order. Location was really good, the viewing platform of the hotel really is one of the best views you can get of the balloons (I proposed to my GF there :D) and its only about a 10 minute or so walk to the main "strip" of Goreme town.
