Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was good
Clean, quiet rooms with very friendly stuff. The room size was great. Free parking in site. Food in restaurant was excellent. Two shopping centers in 15 minutes walk.

The cleaning need more attention !
The New year’s Eve party was awesome. Friendly stuff. There was a problem with the heating and they solve it immediately .

The location is good, near to a huge shopping mall, 20-30 min away from the historical center of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful - my compliments to the awesome people working there. Descent continental breakfast offering all you need. Excellent traditional restaurant in close proximity - 5-10 min walking distance as well. The hotel itself is a good place to stay in case you are on a shopping tour on Edirne.

As I have written before "Cavit Duvan Prestige Hotel" is one of the most suitable hotels in Edirne about the tourists. The position of the hotel makes it one of preferable structure for accommodation in the town. The hotel proposes good quality of services, which make the sojourn of the guests absolutely pleasurable. Moreover after the renovation of its the "Ponsetya Restaurant " it became one lovely place not only with the amazing view to the town , but also the place with comfortable and cozy atmosphere, exceptional cuisine and during the weekends with camera concerts, which will surprise guests with classic and tender melodies.

Budget-friendly hotel with amazing staff members who were super attentive to any questions we had. The location was great with a large shopping mall within walking distance. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious, thank you very much!!

My room was on the fourth floor, right under the restaurant. I could hear squeaks from chairs during breakfast early in the morning.
The location is excellent. Close to a big shopping mall and restaurants. Breakfast is good.

Nobody gave to me the Wi-Fi password; I discovered late on evening that I can't connect to internet.
The hotel is very good situated, large free parking available. Very close to a big shopping mall and not far from Blue Bazaar. Actually, you can go almost to all attractions from the hotel on foot. Very spacey clean room, good breakfast.

make no smoke area near restaurant please

This is a very nice, modern, elegant hotel near a shopping mall and also quite near to downtown. The hotel is nicely decorated, with a welcoming look, at the reception very nice and polite staff. The hotel has two elevators and its own restaurant on the 5th floor, also breakfast option is available. Parking is possible in a parking space adjacent to the hotel and is free of charge. Our room and bathroom were big, nice and clean, the air conditioning and wifi were working perfectly, and there is a small fridge in the room. We enjoyed our short stay.

Internet speed was a bit slow. Hallway was dark where our door was. Perhaps faulty lightning.
Nice hotel outside city center, close to shopping mall. Friendly staff. Would come again.
