For what it was, the room was rather expensive when compared with other towns on our route. But this was in line with other hotels in Ucagiz - all were expensive!

Good location being right at the end of Lycian Way hiking trail. Our room & bathroom were neat & clean with a table & chairs out front. The Turkish breakfast was very good & the restaurant area had views out to the ocean.

We ask ti have the room cleaned up, but it wasn’t . Wi-Fi di don’t work well in the room. People don’t speak English, it can’t be complicated to be understood

The room upstairs is very comfortable, has a balcony which is perfect for relaxing outside. Good Air conditioned, very quite in the night and good advice for the Sila d trip.

Breakfast excellent, place ideal for trips around the area. parking right next to the guesthouse, restaurant and shop nearby. Comfortable room, sitting on the terrace or in the garden.

The description of the different types of room was not completely accurate. The standard rooms were much nicer than the so called bungalows which were more like cabins.

Mehmet was very helpful to ensure that I got a room I was happy with after some initial issue with the room description. But a lovely place with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Their own boat trip was good value.

Great family owned hotel! New and clean rooms with sea view. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Helpful and friendly staff. The location is as good as it gets right at the harbor. The village is charming. You get a lot of value for your money at this hotel!

The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful (apart from one young women on reception, who tried her best). The young woman who said she was the manager/owner, was particularly unpleasant. Really arrogant and unfriendly. We were originally given an economy room which was really small and basic. We asked if they had a bigger room, and, after a really long, laborious process, the manager woman said they did have a twin but was really adamant we paid the additional cost immediately! We were happy to pay the extra, but we wanted to see it first. None of the staff we had dealings with spoke good English so communication was very difficult. The breakfast was pretty basic and, again, the staff were sullen and not friendly. Both my friend and I were really ill with severe sickness and diarrhea so we had to book an additional night as we were too ill to travel. The young woman on reception did ask after our health but the manager woman never asked at all, even when we were trying to book the extra night. They also never came once to clean the room or empty the toilet paper bin during our 5 day stay. We had to ask them to empty the bin and they looked at us as if we were mad. This was very bizarre for a country that doesn't put toilet paper down the loo! My friend and I were really disappointed and would not recommend staying here. I only gave 1 star because the room we finally got was quite nice.

The room we finally got was a quite spacious twin with an outdoor seating area and a lovely view of the bay.

Scammers

I arrived with a group of friends (10 people in total). I paid for 5 rooms for 10 people in accordance with my booking reservation. When we were ready to proceed to the rooms, administators started chatting in Turkish, and then claimed that they have only 4 rooms for us. I showed them my booking reservation and the letter from booking. They kept insisting that it is Booking issue and I should talk to them or pay for an additional room. It was a total scam since I had all confirmations on my phone and even paid fo 5 rooms as we discussed before the payment. The owner was super rude with us. She said they don't have any more rooms to provide except for 4. It was clear that they did the overbooking and just tried to make it our fault, and make more money on tourists. Just scamers, so please AVOID!!!!! In the end, the rooms were not nice either, especially bungalows are horrible, no hot water either. We were lucky that we had a Turkish friend who could communicate with them. AVOID!

The (standard) room was extremely small, so that for example it was hard to fit both our bags in. The bathroom had been renovated strangely with plastic wood lining the shower which meant it had started to grow some mould. The. staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. The breakfast was limited in supply and variety and we were charged for water whereas all other places we stayed in Turkey provided water and juices at breakfast.

The only thing is “tropic” shower head. Was broken a bit, but the was another shower-normal one. So overall it didn’t appear as a trouble.

The ‘free’ buffet breakfast. They put the same amount of food out, no matter how many guests they had staying in their hotel. The second night, there was no food left because they had a big group in. We arrived a half hour into breakfast and the food was already gone, and they didn’t put more out. This hotel fails miserably on the value for money equation. And if your payment policy is that you accept credit cards, don’t grind me to pay in cash. It’s not appreciated.

Lovely clean and spacious rooms, good facilities. A very nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great stop over for the Lycian way but could also imagine staying a few nights to chill out.
